RIP -- Consequential Person Has Passed Away

They were divorced a couple years ago...which I did not know until trying to figure out which Joe Wilson died.

 

Divorced 2017-- but it may have been tax or Medicaid purposes?

I wonder what ever came of her intention to run for Lujan's seat?

He was hoping it was Clapton. Didn't like his 80s stuff

 

...or any of his stuff. Eric Clapton may be a talented guitarist, but he flat out sucks.

 

I'm not a huge fan myself but he had a few good songs along the way, and Derek & the Dominoes' Layla is a killer album top to bottom. Of course that one benefited from also having Duane Allman, a solid backing band, and songs inspired by Clapton's lust for Pattie Harrison....

 

There might be 8-10 songs from him I like. Which is probably the average for most artists for me.

 

Yeah me too mostly.

 

I look forward to his demise, I hope it's long and painful.

 

Clapton's music always bored me.I notched it up one step further after learning about his racism ... when I hear anything from him, click, I switch to another station.

I've seen that quote before. It seems so bizarre coming from him but apparently it's legit. Couldn't imagine Keef saying that.

 

I had no idea he'd ever said that, especially not that long ago, when I saw the quote I assumed he'd just gone alt-right in his old age.
