first game in charge for the managers of each. interesting side note: apparently Wednesday were in for the Cowleys (Lincoln City gaffer Danny and his assistant/brother NIcky), but were rebuffed, only to have them sign on for Huddersfield a few days later. I can't see Monk caring, nor likely the players, but some Wednesday fans have dialed up their distaste for 'udders just a bit - for this match, at least. Monk's a nasty bit of work, but the more I think of it, the more I think he might be a decent appointment. we'll get a better feel soon enough, eh?
