I think the most boring event I've ever been to was a NBA game. And I've been to plenty of 5 day cricket games that have ended in a tie.
I also wanted a pen for that, but I'd have to look a lot closer to decide if it was a "clear and obvious error." In other news, after Montreal set a record for fewest fouls committed last night, Minnesota came out and tied it today. Quite a bizarre weekend.
Blake has had a case of the butterfingers all year long. He also might be the worst GK in save percentage to start in the playoffs this year.
Oof... Andre Blake fails to grab a cross along the ground from Sims, manages to punch it right to Barlow for a NYRB goal.
Terrible from Blake...he's regressed this season. Might be time to sell him this Winter and start Freeze next season.
Interestingly Spurs had a goal reversed by VAR yesterday as the Spurs player was a fraction offside. I would not have called that clear and obvious. Maybe they have different rules in the EPL.
Can someone PLEASE tell me what the point is of playing the ball in your penalty box when 3 or 4 defenders are standing right there? This play out of the back stuff has made coaches and teams REALLY stupid.
Well Tata had it sussed in the US - Mex friendly. Mexico completely choked the US back 5 when they had the ball. I don't watch more than 20 mins of EPL footy but I've seen Man City and Arsenal play themselves into trouble doing the same thing.
I think NYC are suffering from stadium sharing. Next weekend's match at new England will be their 7th in 4 weeks.
Not looking like the Union's day. RBNY has been very organized defensively, and are pressing at the right times to disrupt any offensive flow the Union are building. Though the Red Bulls have missed some GREAT chances to put the Union away.
Mckenzie comes off injured for Philly. Playing with three at the back, and the Red Bulls have been on parade the last 10 minutes......likely to be 2-0 shortly
