Lol yea man, it's almost as if no one else on the Atletico team has anything to do with that win.

They just signed James too. Good luck getting PT!

    Also, it's a friendly game.

You didn't watch the game. He was the game. Felix set the pace early on that got them ahead, scored and made plays. Why do you think he is being glorified right now? Where are you?

    Sportinguistas right now.

What the ******** guys? Let’s hope for the best for Felix. We want to win the Euro again and the World Cup after that. We should be cautiously optimistic and excited for our new talent.

Diogo Jota already leading Wolves to the next round of Europa League and not a peep. Felix plays a friendly scoring a tap in and he's now Jesus Christ. Mind blowing.

Felix hasnt proven anything. Until he does it against Eibar and Alaves, he is nothing!

Felix is looking like he could deliver on the undeliverable. :D

Guys, he's no longer a Benfica player and the money is in the bank. All that matters now is that he becomes the real deal for the Portugal NT, I'm definitely rooting for him.

Friendlies are a great showcase, but his test was always going to be the Madrid nightlife and his ability to be a target during the competitive games. He's going to get hit. A lot. The talent is there, so if he can rise above that and keep his head on the game, we have our next superstar.

I wonder if Ronaldo was low key excited when Felix scored a brace against his own team.

Can't be as dumb as how the Swiss defence made Felix look.

19 year old playing his first National team game alongside someone he idealizes, I think we can all excuse him. Most people that can view things objectively would also say he is looking better at Athletico than any of us could have imagined so soon. Wishing failure for your fellow countrymen instead of supporting him for the greater good of the Seleção because of the club he came through, is something I find truly pathetic.

Scored a tap in and gave the ball away a hundred times. He's confident but unless he starts producing team play he's going to go the Sanches route and be a bench option.

Ahhh now I see why Grassman wants a moderator. This isn't Portugal, where everyone is blind sheep to everything Benfica related, so the minute you criticize one of their prospects, they get sand in their vaginas and start pouting for new moderators.

Wonder why the Renato Sanches thread is so quiet and why the sheep stopped posting.

Yeah and Bruno Fernandes is totally worth 60 million, That's why everyone in world football is after him and why he is no longer at Sporting.

    Oh wait:ROFLMAO:

If he was really that good he would have gone from Sampdoria to Milan not ********ing Sporting :ROFLMAO:

To be clear, I would LOVE for Felix to be everything that the Portuguese media and Benfica fans won't shut up about. But I have not seen anything besides a few tap ins in Atletico and a ton of turn overs and the same dives he did in Portugal thus far.

The Portuguese league is not a base line for anything. I had high hopes for Bruno Fernandes but to me he is just a good midfielder, not world class.

Renato had the same hype and he has shown nothing not even in U21 level. Felix's U21 is the first Portugal youth team not to qualify for the tournament in years, despite more teams being added. He was embarrassing vs the Swiss in his debut for the NT.

To be honest he seems more like Andre Silva with more speed which is good but a far cry from Ronaldo 2 or Quaresma 2.

Hope he pans out but I haven't seen anything that Postiga or A. Silva couldn't do in the box.

You literally said "did he even touch the ball vs Getafe?" A game in which he was given the highest player rating out of all the athletico players. What does that tell any rational person? You didn't watch the game, or you did but saw what you wanted to see. Why people like you and @SCP_16 pretend to be objective is beyond me. A little self reflection would be nice.

First and foremost, I never said Felix was a bad player. I said Sanches was a bad player, and he is. But both players are massively overrated because a country where over 70% of the population are glory-hunting SLB fans, including the media, claims anything out of SLB is gold and will be the next Ronaldo.

I think Bruno Fernandes is better than both of them honestly. He's shown that he is.
