I am going to credit Savarino for the steal and the backheel assist. Most MLSers could have scored like Rusnak did. Terrible from Gaddis regardless.

Savarino and his two goals and an assist is rumored to be an EPL target, so we might not get to keep him long.

I am still kind of shocked Lewis scored for Colorado, I fully expected him to either hit the ball right at the goalie or cut to the endline and make a cross.

It was a very composed goal. Maybe his time with the NATS is good training.

If SKC could convince themselves that all of their opponents were Canadian, they'd be ahead of LAFC now.

I hate seeing teams gifted situations and then not take advantage and earn combs. Well done, RSL.

Career shutout number 149 for Nick Rimando.

RSL has quietly tightened their defense: two goals surrendered total in the past five games. That last-second goal for San Jose last week messed up an amazing run.

Switched over to Fresno v NMU long enough to hear that Robert Earnshaw is an assistant for Fresno. That's weird. What a strange place for him to end up.

Chara is jealous of that straight red.

    That's a horrible foul.

Portland definitely look like they're playing with a MLS 10-man advantage.

Commentators didn't understand why Colorado would want to go down a man too. Do they get it yet?

    2-1 Portland

I can't imagine Clark being good to go after that knee to the head and then the impact of his head with the ground.

...and of course he's still in and the commentary actually says "good to go"

    2-2

Too much space for Nicholson and Portland continuing to push too much. It's being reviewed for offside. He's well onside. Clark saw nothing. I don't think he should be in the game.

The AR was right there watching the jersey being pulled and called a bump that was a result of the jersey being pulled.

Portland playing dangerously still, even already down a man.
