You think that's extreme? There's actually someone on record who did it for a entire year. I shit you not I thought that this was a joke but apparently it was medically recorded and held as the longest fast in history.

Not saying that I would even dare to go for a month but seeing that I really can't underestimate the human body anymore. Hence 9 days of just water isn't hard even if I didn't do 2 weeks prior on a unrelated thing to football.

Froboy in all seriousness we cant affect the outcome of a football game with prayer or positive thoughts. Its a game and and the only way to win it is to play it.

Let him. That shit's good for his fat ass. As long as he keeps hydrated nothing bad will happen to him.

My friend from Boston vowed to god that he wouldn't drink for a month if the Patriots turned it around in 2017 Superbowl when they were down by a lot...boy it was funny as hell watching a boston sailor unable to drink. XDD

You're right. I don't run because my knees are busted, but I'm able to press a lot of weight and overall I have a very good endurance when I go cycling.

Yeah my job forbids me from being fat (chubby yes but I can't allow that) so I commit myself to the gym. Now it's more of a personal healthy improvement overall rather than because "I have to for my job".

Good for you. I also started fasting a long time ago. Very happy with the results and I'm a lot stronger mentally and physically than ever before.

If Colombia wins against Chile I will do the opposite.
I will eat a giant Bandeja Paisa on Saturday.

Back to the topic of the thread,
in this match I am almost tempted to see something like this

    ----------------Ospina------------------------

    Medina------Mina-----Sanchez--------Tesillo

    --------------------Barrios------------------------
    ------------Cuadrado-----------------------------
    -----------James------------
    Roger---------#9-----------------Diaz.

It is very offensive and will put a lot of pressure on Barrios to hold the Defensive midfield on his own on counters but it would put so much pressure on the Chile Back line on our counters and long pelotazos.
They had troubl with Ecuador on plays like that. Diaz and Roger could give them more problems in transition.

But more then likely we will see Uribe or even Gustavo Cuéllar instead of Diaz.

I took my parents and my wife’s parents to eat Colombian food after our win against Argentina

Had chicaron and didn’t even eat the fat part or the crunchy skin and it killed my stomach. Getting old sucks!!

Yea I would lilke to have Uribe in to start.... at some point, Diaz should come on vs a more tired Chilean back 4... I rather that happen....

Can't go away from what's working well for us.

I can see Arias starting over Medina on Friday

Otherwise I expect to see the same starters from the Qatar game. I don’t imagine CQ will change the team that much now that we everyone is well rested with adequate fitness levels.

Yup and the players know this. Morale and mentality is on our side as well. Feeling more and more confident the closer we are to this day. I pray for no more stupid ass mistakes...

Hope we are clinical on our shots inside the 18. No missed sitters from here on out. Focus must be there even when we have a lead!

Zapata(for Falcao) started against Qatar and Roger (for Muriel)

So you have to do these changes

Now only other change is Arias for Medina.
