I thought they had really good technique being able to one touch combine and fly down the pitch. They started off the match so fast. They attacked quickly and pressed quick and aggressively. Kind of gassed in the second half. The US spacing was off and they took to many touches vs a bigger quicker squad. Not so smart. I liked that we never got scared and kept in the game. US has some talent coming up
Yeah, looks as if we know our level of coaching at this point. Either time to change or just expect more of the same.
It's very fitting that the last US touch in this tournament was Durkin clumsily turning the ball over.
Well, It was a good game we just got out athleted. Our kids have much more skill but we just a bunch of small ass kids. Lots of solid prospects though
