Well... I wouldn't call it trolling, exactly... I like to think it's more like "bantering" but no, I'm not particularly serious either. Obviously, some Russians (and others) use sports like soccer (and cricket etc. etc.) to launder money, do gangster things, etc. How much that has to do with Chelsea, I truly have no idea.
Well when you made the comment you kind of adopted the role of the club in admiration of Hazard, the "bird".
Huh? I just don't see how a huge transfer for a 28 year old is a "bad thing" hanging around his neck in two years. I mean, the alternative is to "only" get, like 80 million, and then if he's a washed up winger at 30, it's better for him because? I'm just not following the logic is all. Hazard will get another gig, absent career ending injury. It will be based on his utility and star power, regardless of what insane number this transfer will net the folks involved.
No one is talking about Hazard "getting another gig" or not... they're talking about the logic of locking down a 28 year old speedy and technical attacker who is leaving his prime but signing a long-term deal on insanely high wages.
I went back and re-read the original post. I had read it that he was referencing the contract being an albatross on Hazard's neck, and that's why I said it made no sense, but if he meant the contract will be too heavy for RM to make money on, then, as I posted earlier, I agree. Could well be too late in Hazard's career to count on his value going up significantly, esp. from that number. Although he was not every likely to sell at a number anyone could be overly confident of recouping. Stars in their prime cost crazy money these days.
I signed Pulisic already but Ill see what I can do... 😂😘 https://t.co/7rtbeozfdG— Michy Batshuayi (@mbatshuayi) June 8, 2019
Bats scored as many goals in the PL as Higuain this calendar year. If they want to upgrade at striker I don't think Bats will be it. I would think they would bring back Abraham as a first team option long before Bats.
I don't think Bats fits Sarri's system and Im not sure if Sarri is staying. I do know they need a striker
can we change the name? Or edit it a bit. Like instead of Chelsea, at least place Stamford Bridge in its place or omit Christian and keep his surname.
I don't know if he's really leaving his prime just yet. Ronaldo didn't lose much when he turned 28. At 34, he's still better than 99% of everyone else.

Welcome to the prem. Lampard supposedly the next boss with the transfer window ban remaining in place, I read somewhere. Could be a very difficult year for Chelsea.
Report: Chelsea, Juventus agree compensation for Sarri https://sports.yahoo.com/report-chelsea-juventus-agree-compensation-232059991.html
https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/2019/06/16/maurizio-sarri-is-leaving-chelsea Sarri is officially gone.
Not sure what this means. I wasnt a fan of Sarri but then again they had a good enough year to be honest. Their quality wasnt that great on the pitch but they pulled it off which tells me their coaching couldnt have been that bad.
I mean Lampard and getting the job after one-season coaching experience. Quite unusual in England. Yet, Lamps has a lot of friends in the club, so... PS: Lampard as coach is likely, but not a sure thing yet. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foo...approach-Derby-County-Maurizio-Sarri-Juventus
