Bit sad to see the tarps in Houston (I don't think they did that last year, I don't recall seeing it anyway). Not sure what they're limiting attendance to now, but I guess they're not expecting to do much better than last year.

didn't watch the whole game(cuz the yahoo streaming kept freezing) but seemed like a bunch of individual shots were taken more than team play. This should of been a win, especially at home vs a Seattle team missing some of it's stars. Definitely looking like it's NOT heading into the playoffs playing like this

Does anyone know why Ohai and Comeau missed the game against Sky Blue?

Ohai was listed as OUT (left quad) on Houston's injury report.

Comeau was available as a sub, but Houston subbed in K.Mewis for RB Agnew instead.

Polkinghorne got abused by Kerr early in yesterday's match--neither centerback was very good in the early going and they did not mark the Red Star striker closely enough. They got it together as the game went on, but the damage was done early with the two Chicago goals.

Really would like to see Ally Prisock get some run. She is an absolute beast

Maybe it's just me, but doesn't the situation look a little theatrical? :cautious: I mean, I'd expect a proposal to be a very intimate moment for a couple, and maybe a not completely expected one for at least one of them: here, judging by the photos, it looks like a carefully prepared setting, with some official photograph catching the scene from a distance...
But it surely has to be me. :coffee:

Well, to quote a famous video: "Honey badger don't care. Honey badger don't give a shit". (also apt would be: "Watch it run in slow-motion: it's pretty bad-ass!").

I suppose they take excursions like that several times a year, and so there was no reason to expect that one to be different :D

Rachel had best get under control. For a couple of seasons Shea Groom had no control and was a danger to other players. I was vocal on these boards criticizing her. However, she has found a way to keep her aggression and limit the dangerous play - see her goal vs. NC last night. I hope Rachel didn’t break any of Snerle’s ribs. I can kid about the honey badger, but reckless and dangerous play is unacceptable.

    I imagine so.
" In 2015, J.J. Watt signed a 6 year / $100,005,425 contract with the Houston Texans, including a $10,000,000 signing bonus, $51,876,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $16,667,571." https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/houston-texans/j.j.-watt-7726/

Other sources state he earned $7 million in endorsement income in 2015 alone.
