FESFUT seems to have denied the tournament. They also have gone in to say they don’t need to show any information regarding their finances and attendance because they are a private institute. LMFAO this federation is a JOKE.

Just FYI, Curaçao has been the one to replace ES in the tournament mentioned above. And curiously enough, they are in the same group as us in the Gold Cup which was introduced today.

    GOLD CUP GROUP C:
    Honduras
    Jamaica
    El Salvador
    Curaçao

Against Japan should be a fun and interesting match. Some scouting possibilities for the players too.

Honduras turned down the Kirin Cup Challenge invite, glad to see El Salvador accept it.

Im glad they did, it’s only one game but they got a good team to play against. Let’s hope they get one more before the Gold Cup

Surprised it’s taken so long for Bladimir Diaz. Thought he would’ve been naturalised by now.

Are Díaz and Garcia both Selecta worthy?

Garcia is the best keeper in the country, his performance against Monterrey was legendary he is definitley better than Henry Hernandez.
Meanwhile lack of strikers in the country has been a major problem it wouldn't hrut to have him there for depth.

Great. The greater the depth the better. That’s something we lack.

I remember when Paolo Suarez and Facundo Simioli were potential naturalizados, but neither materialised :(

Did this thread die or what? The 40 man preliminary roster for the Gold Cup has been released.

Granitto and Mayen over Punyed. Does anyone know why? Does Punyed's play style not suit the team or is DLC picking favorites?

    A few glaring omissions.

*Pablo Punyed didn’t even make the preliminary list

*Benji Villalobos didn’t even make the preliminary list

*Bryan Paz now should be the time to get this youngster feet wet especially over someone like David Rugamas.

*Dennis Pineda now this was a big shocker going around. I know he was injured for a good while but it sounds like has recovered from it.

    That and he tweeted this.

Also Joaquin Rivas withdrew due to injury.

His non call of Pineda and his lack of calling up benji, arguably our best GK right now, is incredibly frustrating and hurtful to our team. Also, seeing as he doesn’t call up a young player here or there from our u20s is also irking.

El Salvador defeats Haiti 1-0 with a goal by Rugamas at the 76ty minute.

With this win the National team is on a 5 game win streak, our next match is VS Japan on the 9th of June.

I wonder who's bag Pineda didn't carry or ass he didn't kiss to miss this tournament. This is beyond stupid to not sect him for our World Cup lol.

No Punyed, Pineda, and Victor Garcia. I find it weird he calls up Rugamas.
