Elneny looks like he's just trying not to screw up monumentally, by only screwing up slightly.

Whither Mesut Ozil in this match?

Is he proving the previous interpretation of him at tough away matches true?

We've got 60 mins to see how this works out.

I think he's trying to work this game, we just can't get any meaningful control in the midfield.

Hey! That might have just qualified as a shot on goal. By AMN. After only 37'. :p

    37'

Lot of Arsenal's first touches have been poor. Elneny and AMN in particular. That and the team has been so slow getting forward. Building from the back doesn't require a sloth-like pace.

Lacazette messes up a counter by holding the ball too long

Edit: and within 2-3 mins the 2 of them figure into perhaps our most dangerous foray of the game. Keep on it lads!

Holy shit! AMN fvcks up twice in a few seconds, and only for the good positioning of Leno we'd be 2-0 down. Phew!

Our second half is WAY better offensively than our first half was. But overall Everton is dominating us physically. Everton! :(

Wow, that was bad. Worse than our fears.

    Everton totally deserved the win.

Silva had a better plan than Emery, and his boys outplayed ours.

We never once really looked like taking this game.

So now we fight for 4th not 3rd?

Not a good weekend for my footy teams. Sigh.

Once the Redbulls lost 1-0 to the Chicago Fire, they probably should have just closed up shop.

I don't think anyone expected Arsenal to win out an easy schedule. Not very surprised by today. The lineup didn't inspire any sort of threat and surprise, they did basically nothing. Only Leno played well
