The DeRosario-Donovan-Graziani-Lagos, what a tetrad! Those four guys have each individually the capability of destabilizing any defense in the MLS; combined they are really lethal t other teams. Hopefully coaches Yallop and Kinnear realize it and keep them on the starter offensive line. The only caption is that Dwayne has to play more as a team-member and minimize his trend to the individual game. He has great dribbling and shooting capabilities, and deserves to make more goals, but if another fellow is better positioned, he should pass the ball. We’ll be invincible in the MLS and in the CONCACAF if: (1) Dwayne plays in close coordination with the other three, (2) Landon uses his speed and great ball control to penetrate the defense and to make great passes. (3) Ariel perfects his poaching. (4) And if Manny cruises the opponent’s middle field and defense areas with the ball stuck to his feet, thus destabilizing the defense, as he many times has done it (but which lately he’s forgotten). What do you think fellas?
Good point, though I liked 'em better with Tully Blanchard... <i>"Tonight we ride WHOOO! Space WHOOO! Mountain!"</i> -- The Nature Boy
ROLMFAO!!! Wow! I forgot all about that stuff when I swore off wrestling! Oh yeah! Those four guys(Quakes guys:lol) are incredibly talented together. DeRo needs the most improvement, as it has been beaten to death on these boards all year.
Graziani is the model poacher, but I guess everyone needs improvement. DeRo is definitely the player that needs the most work
Blast from the past! I was the only one who voted on this. I had to bring this up from page 555. My, how we've fallen from grace. We actually had a threatening team at one point, now we have ericson, the swedish turd.
Page 666 would have been more appropriate, but, you may have broken the record for reviving the oldest thread, ousting Falvo, who was occupying the top 5 spots.
Quakes 4 Dallas 0 in 2002 was the first Quakes game I went to. If I remember correctly, all four of these guys scored!
