Villa proves the worst lead is 2-0. Loses 3-2 in 95th. Hard to say they deserved better. Leeds was in control most of game. They look out of shape. And Bjarnason has to go...threw gasoline on the fire with a series of turnovers.
When Liverpool vs. Burnley got to halftime, Rebecca Lowe said after the commercial there would be shocking scenes to show before first half highlights. Aston Villa's Jack Grealish got sucker punch in the back of the neck by a fan who ran on the field. Grealish was okay, and got revenge by scoring the only goal of the 1-0 win at Birmingham City. He's their only player who started today who I know from when they were in the Premier League. I know two other starters from playing for other clubs in the Premier League. Aston Villa moved 1 point ahead of Birmingham City. As a Sheffield Wednesday fan, you're 1 point behind Birmingham City, and you could pass them if they get a point penalty. https://www.skysports.com/football/...tch-invader-in-birmingham-vs-aston-villa-game says in addition to the attack on Grealish, fans fought, and at least one fan got his head wounded. Last week a Celtic player had a bottle thrown at him.
I saw the highlights and it sickens me. Anyone remember when that @SS of a L**ds fan attacked Wednesday keeper Chris Kirkland? Nothing was done to punish L**ds. Supposedly that fan was given a lfe time ban but how can they enforce that?
3 wins in 6 days for Villa, 3 clean sheets. Into top 6 although teams behind have a game in hand. Hopefully Villa can sustain this for, say, another 10 games. That’s all I’m asking.

Yeah they got a 2 week extension because they claim to have a buyer lined up who will clear their debts. It sounds like they've been in trouble for a while. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...iven-two-weeks-pay-unpaid-tax-bill-following/
Birmingham have been hit with a 9pt deduction which could see them dragged into a relegation battle if the next few results don't go their way.
