Hey gang, USMNT fan here (DONT SHOOT!) So, I've heard this refrain often in the media about how the pro clubs some how "run" the MX nat team. Can somebody clue me in on how that even works?
LOL at everyone ignoring you Basically there is two POVs, 1) all 18 Club owners have a vote for any major decision involving the league and the NT in general. 2) Televisa runs the league and the national team behind the scenes, like a shadowy puppet master. The truth is a bit of both honestly. Televisa is an owner with 1 vote but they carry a lot of weight for legitimate and perhaps illegitimate reasons.
Wow, interesting. Thanks for the reply, I always wondered what this "dysfunction" behind the mx nat team was. I know about our kooky setup in the US, but I see Mx has some issues administratively too. Well, I guess we will see if Tata can work with all that.
