Seriously wtf? Can the US ever connect two forward passes, ever? EVER!

What a monstrously poor midfielder performance. Starting I guess with there being no US midfield. Weah wood CP green all bunched up waiting for that brooks hail Mary.

Trapp and Green did OK in other friendlies. The problem here is the player selection.

Green's not a defender. He's taken plenty of heat too. McKennie has had some issues closing down and finding a teammate quickly. But not as bad as Trapp, let's see Wes with a better partner before deciding, and he gets a honeymoon period naturally.

Trapp actually thinks if he can backpass it to his nearest teammate as soon as possible that he's doing his job....CLUELESS

This is ridiculous. We might as well have left the Eagles or the Jaguars in London and just capped all of them and they'd probably only be down 2-0.

Agree completely there but we should at least make it a game with this group on the field.

Yeah, I think he looks noticeably worse than in previous call-ups.

You don't need top level players to not get embarrassed, though.

Villafana gets trashed a lot, but he's a pretty innocuous player, which is fine for a defender, especially at lb for the USA. Adequate starter, good backup option type for his US career. Never has a particularly bad game, nor is he outstanding. He may have sub-par speed, but he knows it, and he's one of our smoothest players on the ball relative to position.

All in all, we still look about the #4 best CONCACAF team. With a proper coach, we'll be in the Top 3, maybe even #2 if Costa Rica continues its slow descent.

Thanks goodness for being in the worst region outside Oceania.
