It will be my wife's first trip to AF. I'm hoping (but not quite hopeful) that the True United will be more than a lttle competitive. We're going to be exhausted in the second half, which makes that CK goal a killer. But that's about as good a half as I think we could have expected under the conditions. Good goal from Acosta, almost got a second, and mostly containing Martinez.

How good would we have been with this Hamid last season? He’s proved me wrong that he isn’t up for it. But based on his disappearing act last year, I was skeptical.
That was a HUGE win. I could nitpick a few things, but Arriola and Hamid played like bosses. Canouse came out of the fog he was in for the last few games. Lucho and Rooney were a pair. Arriola was MOTM. When Atlanta starts losing, they start acting like little punk-ass bitches. 3 points. I have to admit, I did not see this outcome. Glad to be wrong.

Did not see this coming after the tired legs trash with Philly. Hamid was huge in protecting the lead with the free kick and corner saves.
Rooney was the Man of the Match. He created all 3 goals. Arriola was lucky on the PK. Took too long. Shoot the damn thing. Great pass from Wayne
Overall good team effort. Rooney and Acosta vital in attack; Canouae did well and Arriola covered a ton of ground and won some huge defensive one on one challenges.
