Last year you said that he was ineligible to play for the B team because of foreigner restrictions. What changed?
he hasnt shown the ability to play at mls level... until that happens, we wont know. and you have the tendency to say "first team minutes" ... lets try to be factual here, he was last playing in the C team.
Looks like he scored for the B team. Guessing it's a friendly: AMISTOSO. FINAL. Villarreal B - Jumilla (1-0).
#SomRoda #VamosRoda pic.twitter.com/H0OqhAtIv2— CD Roda (@cdroda) July 27, 2018 Assist vs. CD Roda from a few days ago
Interesting read on the relationship between Villarreal and Atletico Madrid https://www.vavel.com/es/futbol/201...tico-y-villarreal-una-sinopsis-de-futuro.html
ALINEACIONES | Aquí está nuestro once titular para el partido de hoy Vs @VillarrealCF B #amistoso pic.twitter.com/0mN8D6z8tZ— FC Cartagena (@FCCartagena_efs) August 14, 2018 Began on the bench for the 3-1 loss in a friendly yesterday against FC Cartagena. I don't know if he came in or not.
BTW it's absolutely amazing the amount of $$ Villarreal brings in every year by loaning or selling off their B team players. They just continually reload every year. Minnesota Thunder Academy just signed a partnership agreement with them in July and their professionalism has been absolutely top notch.
Which is exactly why we want our youth players at clubs like Villarreal. They have a vested interest in how they develop because the club stays afloat by selling them off or loaning them off until they are ready for first team la liga football. There is huge risk for pushing a player like Mukwelle, Pedrito or Dario because if they fail early they lose their value.
Do you have, like, insider knowledge of youth clubs in Minnesota? And wasn't that the same DA club that Mukwelle was from?
The announcement is not the part I was interested in. It was the praise of professionalism, something I assumed indicated that you were somehow more informed/connected with the agreement. I was just checking, thanks. It's one thing for someone on the outside to say that an organization is professional. It's another for someone who knows more than the average joe.
