2nd team of Bruges and owned by AS Monaco since a few years. They have an average attendance of about 7.000 in a 30.000 capacity stadium. Lots of promising Monaco-players are sent on loan to Cercle.

Historically they’re a 2nd half table team with not much expectations, except not relegating. Ueda should be able to evolve without pressure and hopefully be picked up by a bigger team.

No debut for Ueda this time, as his team used all of their three substitutions, and he was not one of the substitutes.

Hope he does well in Europe. Japan needs more defenders, and especially CBs, banging it out in Europe against bigger bodies.

He started in the match after that. No need to worry, he is adapting.

He looked pumped after the goal. I don't think he's been playing consistently as of late, so it's nice to see him show some fire and emotion.
