    Anyhoo, I expect some goals from England but given the fact that being a runner up in this group might actually be an advantage to winning it, will they want to surpass Belgiums +6 GD?

    I am going to say 2-0 England. Panama is just too old to keep up with this youthful English squad. However, they will be very physical and make them work for it.
