    That makes one of you.

I think Mullins could be a pretty good forward in the vein of Bruin, Bunbury, or Wondolowski. But his team needs to have possession and control. He's never going to get that on this iteration of DC United. Mattocks is the better option for now.

As with everything, I think Mullins wlll do well once DC starts playing home games.

I tend to agree. Mattocks isn't as bad as feared, but he's not a world beater, but then again neither is DCU. When you suck, the suckitude just manifests itself in gradations of suck. Right now, the midfield has the least suck, the forwards suck a bit more while defense and goaltending is a sinkhole of suck.

I would like to see Mullins get another chance, because I see him as an intelligent player who puts himself in the right places at the right time. But when will we see Kelly? Sure, his strike record was made in a lower division, but he still had to put the ball in the net while under pressure. Thankfully, Arriola and Sieber will be on the pitch together again, and I would expect Asad to rreplace Segura (unless Ian Harkes gets a rare start). And we should see more from the fast developing Chris Durkin.

reverse it this time, 3-2 DC if we can finish with 11 men on the field.

I am excited to be playing with all of Acosta, Asad, Steiber, Arriola at once (assumedly) as many of us have wanted

Mullins is interesting. If I remember right he went as a top superdraft pick after a really successful 2012 NCAA season where he ended up as ACC MVP. He scored tons of goals before ending up with the New England Revs.
I wonder if it was NE that killed his stride? I still think he could become a good player... he is only 26 after all.

Not feeling the Mullins love. Outside of one game in the past two seasons, he’s been invisible

Like a lot of people have mentioned, we have some good players, you can definitely see that in our attack this season. The coaching is just terrible though, and designed to wring all the production out of our attackers.

Destination wedding and no invites? Damn. Normally it's a destination wedding and the expectation that nobody will go.

I suppose it should be mentioned that United is leading 2-0. Acosta was part of both goals.

Could have been 4 if someone had decided to shoot the ball early instead of trying to dribble it to the net.

He's been better on the right, but that's not saying much.

Lots of our players slipping tonight. Mattocks still should have finished it.
