Honestly, I don't think anywhere. Apparently, Villarreal has had a change in development philosophy and they want to debut their players at 22-23.
I would think or why would they sign him to a two-year deal? I was told he is in their plans but they just don't seem to want to rush any of these prospects. I mean I would hold Pedrito and Dario at the same level of Mukwelle and they didn't get a first team sniff either.
I doubt it. Moore’s dad played for T&T, so Moore likely is a dual citizen. T&T is part of the Cotonou Agreement, so he’d count as domestic in Spain.
I'm kind of curious about the rationale for this, as it seems like the common way of thinking now is that players who have a shot at making a serious impact in a big league should be playing 1st team minutes in a good league (maybe not top 4, but good) by their late teens. Do you any insight into Villareal's thought process on going in the opposite direction? Not that I'm sure they're wrong; just interested in why they're bucking the trend.
I believe Moore has a T&T passport. Akale doesn't have a Cameroonian passport. I know his dad once commented on a desire for one for either he or his son a long time ago.
still relatively optimistic about a kale, but regardless seems like the oldest story in sports- the almost made it father and the son that does. all the disappointment a part of the process of growing up as a soccer nation
I think you have your outliers like Pulisic who are extremely mature for their age and they can handle the pressure, expectations, and professionalism but so many others just cannot.

I hope he signed as more than the mascot. Seriously, I hope he has some idea of a way forward, be it through promotion, loan, or whatever.
This is an un-grounded assessment but I doubt he would sign a contract without a guaranteed shot at first-team football.
I agree. This is clearly both parties making a commitment that is mutually beneficial for both. He needs to get stronger, and more consistent. He has all the tools to really be special for us.
