I feel like a nice stadium is a cherry on top. They should seriously use that money on something crucial (whatever that is). Incheon got a new stadium but that didn't help them with attendance. Still it's a nice stadium lol.

What's the point of divisions under kleague 2 if there is no promotion/relegation? Do players often get picked up from those leagues...?
They are trying to create an extensive system where there is a pro and rel in each division. The newer leagues are amateur.
