The ticket demand page is not showing any colors now. Fifa says they sold approximately 1.3 million tickets till now. I read on some British newspaper site, there will be a total of 2.5 million tickets available for all the games. Perhaps, we will have a chance tomorrow. Good luck to all.

3 millions seats in total 300k for federations, around 900k for fifa family, sponsors, travel agencies. And may be 400-500k only left for public i would say
2,582,231 - Purchasable tickets Source: page 14 of http://resources.fifa.com/mm/docume...ocument_en_version(1)_october2017_neutral.pdf
the 2,582,231 is made up of FIFA Football Community 177,554 OCTCG / LOC 77,985 PMA Football Community 89,984 Marketing Affiliates 577,674 Hospitality Rights Holder 450,712 Broadcast Partners & FIFA TV 66,460 PMA Supporters 342,754 General Public 799,108
Right, very similar to the WC14 numbers I've posted before. Many people have this inaccurate assumption that 90% of the tickets go to the public when in fact we get about 30%. And I bet almost all of those non-public tickets are Cat-1, so the public gets an even smaller percentage of those. So it's no wonder why when we get cat-1 seats that aren't sponsor turn-ins, they are way back in the corners and no better than a Cat-2 or Cat-3.
The sponsors share is always ridiculous and they really don't need or can use anything like this number . Over a million between this and Hospitality rights holders is total lunacy. Still 'FIFA for the good of the game. ' They keep telling us so it must be right.
How the colombian fans had more tickets than the germans and the argentinians that had more applications ?
The Russians are probably more interested in seeing matches of Germany and Argentina than Colombia. Thus, Colombians applications were more successful, because they had less competition with the locals, compared to Argentinians and Germans.
To everyone's surprise (with Argentina Iceland) who login they might see cancelled tickets.. so fifa can sell them on the second had market of course. No one knows what to except tomorrow!
I can't believe that Argentina vs Iceland would not be available!! We have all our trip organize and that was the only match we were planning to go
The travel agencies are among which category ? A travel agency in duabi has sold 2300 tickets (full package) and that was 3 weeks ago. I have met by chance a guy working in this travel agency and responsible of worldcup packages. He told me they have pple in the fifa and they have "unlimited" access to tickets..the travel agencies fit in which category ?
I presume the last two groups plus a wad of the freeloaders who aren't so keen to get to see Panama v Tunisia or Saudi v Egypt.
http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/organisation/ticketing/ticket-demand.html Updated for tomorrow! Good luck!
Authorized travel agencies go into Hospitlaity section, although if sold out, Cat 1 turn into more Hospitality tickets
I'm in a similar boat, traveling with 2 other friends who already have tickets to Match 7, 11, 17...I decided to join the trip in late November and continue to strike out...realizing best case scenario I join them for match 11 and 17, but these too are high demand.
So what is your experience on the demand: Red, sold out in 10 min Yellow, sold out in 30 min Green, sold out in 1 hour
I think the demand will be updated again before we dive in tomorrow. It’s hilarious btw that all the semis were green, and now they’re basjcally all red. Amazing.
Small stadium + hardcore Icelandic and Argentine fans + lots of neutral interest = hard to get game. You might still be able to get in the final sales phase in April / May. But I think this ticket will be very difficult to get even when you get to Russia.
