    ¡VAMOS BOOOOOOCA!

Nahitan Nandez with his first goal in the Bombonera and it was a doozy. Great response to going down early. And how about Pablo Perez with 2 goals! Rossi with some big stops late, too. Everyone's clicking.

Not here to troll, just wondering how those of you in the US are watching games since TYC isn't showing Boca or River games.

Another week another blowout win! 4-0! Fabra with a hell of a game setting up the counter to score the first goal. Benedetto with two tap ins, but the second was impressive as he had to backheel it.

I used to watch on some site called Futbol Para Troncos but it looks like since the new TV deal they have really cracked down on YouTube so he is having a much harder time streaming. Now I use Rojadirecta.me again. If you can get the Acestream software to work those streams are really high quality, but the rest are good enough.

It's annoying that they crack down on this stuff when there is really no legal way to watch here (though I heard some new service may eventually launch).

Interesting, but why the hell doesn't USA get the Copa Argentina as well? Dang it.

Edit: Ah looks like fubo gets it. So I have to pay two different services just to get everything.

Really unimpressed by Cardona right now. Hasn't done a whole lot and then takes a stupid red today.

Boca win again though they failed to add any cushion this time. Good news is River dropped another two points for the second week in a row. This leaves us 4 points clear.

Really wonder how the team will do without Gago. Can't believe we lost him just for a couple minutes of NT action. Looks like Nahitan Nandez will get the start and the chance to step up in his absence.

BTW Fanatiz has worked great for me so far so I definitely recommend.

What an embarassment Patronato. Idiots dumped a bunch of confetti on the field and it's unplayable now. Que boludos!

Otro buen triunfo.

    Vamos Boooooca

Pitana is a joke. How in the world do you give a red card for that? He was just blatantly looking for any excuse to even up the teams. This game is a farce right now.

We won anyway! What a goal by Nahitan! Shame Cardona couldn't finish the game as he deserved to after a phenomenal free kick. It wasn't pretty but we took our chances and riBer couldn't make theirs. I don't understand the complaining after both halves on their part. They got a gift and didn't take advantage.

Should’t be much of a problem: Wanchope Abila arrives for you guys in December. One could even argue that he’s a better option than Benedetto, really

Assuming he integrates quickly. It always hurts when you lose your leading scorer though, and at least hurts our depth. Probably gives more impetus to Tevez coming back, not that I'm sure how that will go this time around.

True, but Abila has been solid for the last 4 years. He was great at Huracan (top scorer of the Sudamericana 2015; 0.76 goal/game ratio in his last season), did pretty good in his stint in Cruzeiro, and has continued his form since returning to Parque Patricios in August.

Of course nothing guarantees he'll do good in Boca (tons of players tear it up in other clubs, only to fold in River/Boca), but I don't think he should have a problem. He is a talented player that has been scoring for years despite being surrounded by scrubs... with Pavon, Cardona, Gago, etc, I find it hard to see him having any problems finding the net.

All said, he could flop, but if I were to be given the choice of having either Benedetto or Wanchope Abila on my team, I would go with the latter

The champions finish with a win over Estudiantes to secure first place through the summer recess. Boca has been in first place the whole year. Amazing.

Except that Benedetto has already proven he can do it at Boca. Not all the players who do well for smaller team can put it together with the extra pressure that comes from playing for a top club. Abila has the talent, but whether he can bring it for Boca remains to be seen.
