Especially considering who we'll end up with in our group, getting our asses grilled by Algeria is just an appetizer.
Yeah, I know that, I was referring to our second group match vs Algeria where Halilhodzic outmanaged Hong Myung-bo being an appetizer depending on who we'll end up with in Russia.
@gunitinug Not sure why you're directing the vid towards me when it only proves my point: 쓰레기 정신력+집중력. If anything this video should be for you to understand and gain the answers to your questions.
Yeah and Ghana is almost eliminated, Nigeria and Ivory Coast not qualified yet. So if we face teams like Egypt/Ouganda, Burkina/Cape-Verde, Tunisia/Congo or Zambia, we still have our chances. In 2014, we faced an algerian team on fire and HMB really underrated them, hence the slap in the face we received. Of course all I'm saying is provided that we improve and not seeing us stronger than we are.
Watching this I feel ashamed that I liked Ko Yo Han's play. I thought defensively he did good and was hard working. But damn did he miss many opportunities to go forward...
Yeah it is sure than either Ouganda or Egypt will play the WC and it is almost the same situation for group of Burkina and Cape Verde ( but Senegal and South Africa still can qualified). In Asia, Saudi Arabia is back and Syria still have its chances. In central America, Panama is keeping his spot and in Europe teams like Wales, Northern Irland, Iceland, Montenegro still have a chance to qualify (through play off at best). So, definitely, it will fun to see new teams.
Yeah the "pundits" edit : We would have had our chances if HMG would have not taken the first half lightly...anyway.
Not sure HMG could have done anything abt how poor HJH/KYG's form was at that time, not to mention Fire Jung's general mental state. That goal where Slimani literally just ran through the two of them like a hot knife through butter while Fire Jung just stood and watched will forever remain in my memory.
perhaps just not play those three? or better yet do not assemble a world cup squad filled entirely with guys who are bench warmers at their respective clubs
Looks Algeria have fallen a lot since Halilhodzic left them...should be a reminder to those who say managers don't make a difference
