Obviously I'm too late to help you. I don't know Paris at all but if you travel a lot I'd recommend getting a VPN to change your location and then logging into to your cable provider. It's pretty hard to get USA games on in foreign countries.
Thanks man. Yes I did log in with a VPN, but my Parisian Wifi was so shitty that I could not stream--for the best, it turned out.
Last time we did it in the Andes in Colombia. Wifi couldn't hack it so we went to kiosk and bought like $10 worth of cell data and streamed it off the phone. God bless the modern world.
