Reports keep coming that we are in the hunt for Auba still... I still don't think I want to make this buy.

it's clear he's the emergency plan d. i'd rather keep bacca and cutrone as depth than spend the 30M or whatever kalinic would cost us.

He makes really good runs into the box. He's better than you guys seem to think he is. Much better. Definitely too good for ACM but I guess he wants to be a big fish in a small pond.

    lol

I have nothing against him. He's another Viola player that wants to jump up to a bigger club :) but I'm still hoping they hold out for Belotti. Makes more sense to try and keep a few internationals playing together for next summer.

That would be funny. For me, Kalinic and Badelj have been our two best players the last couple of seasons, and by a healthy margin. You guys wanted both. Badelj now says Pioli has convinced him to stay. If you guys don't get Kalinic...

Anyway, I don't think Montella would get much out of Kalinic, just having him pass it back to the DMs.

He has his moments but as far as a guy being consistently good, week in and week out.... He was maybe 5th or 6th. And that's saying something considering how awful we were. But I'd put him behind all of Badelj, Kalinic, Astori and Vecino last season for sure. Close between Berna and Chiesa.

so bacca is officially out, and niang is headed to russia. kalinic's deal hasn't been done yet, but there are two holes on the bench where bacca and niang were sitting. it looks like they need to bring in kalinic AND another attacker to replace bacca and now niang. we're short on depth on the wings if montella is going to keep using a 433 setup.

Just realized something.....with Gigi the starting Gk, if he goes down his brother will come in and take over. That means a Donnarumma will play in goal all season long for Milan. I don't think that has ever happened in the Serie A. At least not at the same club.

Oh yeah I forgot about him.Maybe they brought in Antonio Donnarumma so Gigi (who is only 18) will have some family near him. Antonio at 27 hasn't accomplished much in the last 8 seasons as a pro.

Storari on the other hand, will be 41 after XMAS and looking at his below resume, he may very well be sold or loaned out.

Is Torino just trolling everyone with Belotti? They're denying offers left and right. Also Marchisio for Giac and Locatelli...I don't think that's a very good deal, i might get flamed for this but Marchisio isn't very impressive to me.

ya Marchisio is good but I wouldn't give up Bonaventura and Locatelli for him. maybe Niang, Paletta and Zapata tho
