You can't keep comparing LeBron to Jordan and his clone Kobe. LeBron is the evolved version of Magic Johnson. He passed to Korver open on a Love screen in the corner because that's the smart basketball thing to do. Sure, Draymond has five fouls. It's also the last minute of the game so maybe the refs swallow the whistle on a touch foul.

As for this season. I've now heard that the Warriors ruined competition, that the competition was weak already and KD exacerbated it, that the Spurs could have beaten the Warriors, that even at 15-0 the Warriors wouldn't hang with 96 Bulls, 04 Pistons, 2000s Lakers, 82 Sixers because the league is soft, and then the biggest whopper of them all... that the hockey playoffs were better. Meanwhile as pointed out this was the highest rated in almost 20 years.

    You'll all come back.... :D

This is the most wrong thing ever. TV ratings for everything are down across the board because of streaming. Live sports and events are the only things that pop numbers and are still historically smaller than they've been pre-Internet.

So a re-run of the previous season? Does Draymond get suspended and Bogut get injured again or nah?

What baffles me is the lack of logic when it comes to Dubs. You can't have the most stacked team in the history of NBA and yet: 1) be demolished by Bulls, Lakers, Pistons, etc...; 2) Lose to Spurs if Kawhi didn't get hurt. You can't have both of these things. It make ZERO sense. How can Dubs reduced competition when a healthy Spurs team goes on to win the Championship.

Flying under the radar - the Clippers have aquired the services of Jerry West as a consultor. I think it's great move for the organization. Despite the lack of success on the court, the organization itself is moving in the right direction. Especially with the new arena in Inglewood.

Now if only someone could make Doc leave...

Your team is down by single digits in an elimination game. He needed to go ham. He waited until it was too late before he started seriously attacking.

What good is averaging a triple double (the idiot had the balls to brag about that fact, even though his team was getting dicked down) in a losing effort?

What does making your teammates better even me? So because I assisted on your open 3 point shot, that means i made you a better player? I dont get how you can say LeBron makes his teammates better meanwhile complaining that he cant do it by himself.

Peoole just spout out these basketball cliches because they heard Doris Burke say it.

The reality is that the Cavs needed way more out of their role players to make this series competitive. The loss was not on LeBron. Was he lazy on D sometimes? Absolutely. Was he too passive sometimes? Probably. But the Warriors were much better than the Cavs. Attempting to blame or slam LeBron for this seres doesn't make sense.

Right. I dont think anyone in their right mind can or will blame LeBron. With that said, I think he definitely can do more, like i detailed. I definitely dont think its nitpicking either. Were talking about LeBron the so called best of this generation, yet refuse to hold him to those high standards consistently. Making excuses for him.

I saw a fun article that said LBJ should join CP4 and KL in San Antonio when his contracts up. He and Pop seem to like each other...

Another fun rumor: Clippers move to Inglewood with Jerry West and LeBron James in two seasons.

It doesnt say much, because the NBA basically tanked the entire season for the sake of the finals. The whole season was just a waste of time waiting for the Finals. While the Finals might have been higher rating then past , was the rest of the season or playoffs higher?

Nah I don't believe it. I believe the first part, but the Lebron James? No way in hell.

    Why not?

Maybe the (self)chosen one can bring a title to one of the most barren teams in the league? Wouldnt make him better than Jordan but he'd still get elevated.
