    Epic.

Also I read last night that the PAC-12 just won their 500th National Championship. The Big 10 is second with a mere 306 titles.

I'm watching the replay of the Dallas-Houston match and this is the first time I'm seeing these black kits for Houston. I love them, they look fantastic. Actually, I like anything that is not the all-white cookie-cutter kit that MLS is obsessed with so many of their teams having.

There are threads tracking MLS kits on the General Forum.

    The 2017 thread:

This was the composite for 2015:

All white is not all that common. You can see the change a bit from 2015 to 2016 with less white overall. LA and Vancouver wear it quite a bit as their primary. A few teams have it as their secondary but most teams don't wear them that often.

I've been tracking white shirts specifically among other things. This year white secondary shirts (basically excluding LA, Vancouver, and NYRB who have white as their primary shirts) have only been worn in 12% of games so far.

Nice graphics and good work there, but I do include teams with all-white primary kits when I simply think about the number of teams in the league who utilize that color scheme (or lack-thereof). I find it bland, conforming, and lacking identity, especially as a Union fan--of whom I heard reports that the club brass were denied by the league when they presented a new secondary kit idea (which was non-white), and then had to settle for another boring all-white uniform. I was really just trying to compliment what Houston did with their secondary.

I don't know about the situation with Philadelphia. The number of white secondary shirts league-wide has been reducing in the last few years. I'll have to go back and look to see the exact numbers on that. I think half the league doesn't not have a white shirt at all this year. Atlanta is a bit of a puzzler since they have that very light gray shirt. DC, New England, Toronto, and San Jose have shirts with some color but also a lot of white.

Houston used to always have a white secondary shirt although we usually wore it with orange shorts so it wasn't necessarily an all-white kit and we almost never wore it. The Dynamo would typically wear the primary orange shirt about 30 games a year. Obviously a team like Philly with a blue primary is going to have to wear the secondary more often.

We finally got the black kit last year, wore it for 14 games which was the most often we ever wore a secondary shirt, and it has been very popular among fans. It has only been worn twice so far this year with the classic orange-white-orange kit the other 11 games. It will be interesting to see what the team does next year for a secondary shirt/kit.

Akin to the U.S. having a history of troubles producing a prolific or at least a set of potent strikers. Well, maybe not that that extent, but I think it's part footwork but majority mental aspects of goalkeeping there. Every league has it's share of GKing gaffes, yes, but every weekend, you see some truly absurd technical flaws in J. Not just obvious ones that I post, but you'll see indecision, lack of comms with defenders, TOO happy feet in covering their box, lack of timely commitment to the ball.

As far as Yakuza or Triad hands in the game of J, well, it has not been proven, yet.
