not many, 3 or 4 i think. i said that more to emphasize the crap situation rather than to say they would have finished higher in the table.

    So fatty strikes once again...

Even if Raiola is only "doing his job", Donnarumma is a fool. The first coherent transfer market Milan have had in half a decade and he chooses to leave now...

Mini wanted a release clause as low as €10m introduced if they didn't make the CL, so he was determined to play revolving door with Gigio at all costs anyway.

Honestly, it's actually not all that surprising.

When the Italian media reported two days ago how engraged Raiola was and threatening to end negotiations with Milan because they contacted Donnarumma directly, you knew he fishing for a reason to move the player on.

It's just potentially a very stupid move by Donnarumma. He's 18, ffs. Moving to Real Madrid or Manchester Utd (assuming De Gea returns to Spain) at this stage of his career could kill it. It's hard not to believe that he's genuinely bought in to his own hype and all the comparisons to Buffon.

He seems to have forgotten how Buffon actually proved himself at Parma. What has Donnarumma accomplished so far? Absolutely nothing.

He will be a Juve player. With Gigi going out to pasture next year he sees an opportunity to be at a stable club where he can build something.

The point you missed is that big clubs are stepping up and flashing cash, so despite him not having won anything at this point in time, the market is deciding his worth. Loyalty ala Totti, Del Piero and Buffon is LONG gone. With the advent of social media making instant gratification even more ego appealing, and sharks like Raiola roaming around, we will never see the sort of loyalty mentioned from above players ever again.

He's going to Madrid. You think Raiola would force a move from Milan so he could sign with us?

We don't have that kind of money. This is all about the likes of PSG, Madrid, etc.

    LOL are you serious?

And Raiola said that he felt insulted... what a hypocrite.

Depends on how much he idolizes Buffon. Him going back on his Juve pk comment is my main reason why I feel he wants Juve. Before "sono sempre loro" now it's "dopo tutto io vedo la possibilità"

I think if there was any serious intent on our part to sign the player the Italian media, at least, would have been all over it.

But there have been no rumors, let alone any kind of serious news, about a transfer. Only cursory comparisons between Donnarumma's career so far and Gigi's when he was that age.

Well Juve is a bit more shrewd in their dealings. They have also done a lot of business with Mino. It's just a feeling I have. Also Italy's history of not calling up to many things players who play outside of serie a.

It won't matter if he played well at Madrid, he'd get called up to the national team, if that's what you're referring to. I don't think he'll instantly displace Navas for the #1 spot if he lands there.
