Perhaps.. perhaps not, at the same time.. this merry go around of staff managers has a lot to do with Lee YS trying to rectify all the mess he created, especially in KNT youth. This could .. at the same time.. just be distraction or shifting blame toward purely on the manager by KFA (however, i'm sure it is somewhere in between).
I don't think that's the case with Lee Yong-soo, he's been the type to give as much help towards the manager one way or another as so he did with Hiddink in 2002, and the endless amount of help that he is giving towards Stielike is evident. If Hwangbo Kwan or Lee Hoi-taek were to still be the Technical Director, then there would've been no way they would've let Stielike get away with it thus far, after all they were never the ones to provide help towards the selected manager, especially if you're to look at Coelho and Bonfrere's tenure, they never had that luxury and eventually fell victim to the KFA.
I disagree & I have a different perspective. Not sure if is endless amount of help but caused by his incompetency. For example, his failure to hire foreign assistant. It forced him to hire local coach while forced to make changes in KNT youth managers as his initial hires all failed. He might be supportive in words or even sympathetic toward Uli since he hired him but I also think he did a pathetic job of of actually supporting/helping him.
#TeamUliWonAgain #UliWillStay Uli finally did it. You guys should give him more time. It seems he is getting somewhere!
Looking at the remaining schedule, it seems like our final match against Uzbekistan will determine if we make it or not. Lol we aint beating Iran
We scored a lucky goal and luckily got away with 3 points as Syria hit the bar in the 90th min. He's getting nowhere if you ask me.
This was the situation all along, until Stielike raised the prospect of not even being in 2/3rd place as we struggle against minnows.
I started watching after 18 minutes into the first half. Initially I noticed our passing game has got a lot more crisp (relatively speaking), and the Korean players displayed aggressive pressing that won a lot of balls. Then starting in late first half, KNT incrementally ceased control of the game to Syrians. In second half, I recall the scene where only Syrian defenders were on their half of the pitch while the Koreans were doing "10 man defense". I fell asleep around 70th minute. Normally I would be pretty upset in having not to finish watch a KNT match. This time, I didn't give a sh*t. EDIT: surprised to hear that HKY was not useless.
Back when he was young and immature he took everything for granted and did everything he wanted and say whatever he wanted. But now he is the one in Park Ji-sung's spot. I think its safe to say he now knows what Park Ji-sung went through.
i noticed players not trying to do bbong chuk gu but try to control the ball. I also noticed our technique in controlling the ball and heading the ball is quite good.
it's easy to pile on but even a 1-0 win against syria at home is a solid team feat with the group of non-in-form players we have
Watched the game.... Syria has no tactics... just bbong the ball forward again and again. In contrast, our boys try to play more intricately and more technical. Glad we won. Also set piece and corner kick taken by SON was sharp. Just need the finishing so we should practice that.
No he's not a troll he has Down syndrome if you bother to google his handle and take a look at his picture
