I think dissent amongst coaching staff can be a huge asset, provided that the leader is capable of harnessing it (instead of letting the team disintegrate). As for Stielike's case.... lel.
It's obviously clear that Stielike wants total control, and by adding an inexperienced Seol Ki-hyeon as the number 2 guy in the coaching staff further constructs a clear picture of a lapdog obeying its owner.
