Why is this thread so much less active in 2017 than it was in 2016?

I heard Conte's 3-4-3 over at Chelsea is the thing these days.

    vs. China:
    SHJ
    NTH--------HHC
    KMW-------LJS------KBK-------KCS
    KKH---KSY---KTH
    KSG

    D. Costa
    Hazard---------Pedro
    Alonso------Matic-----Kante------Moses
    Cahill-----Luiz----Azpilacueta
    Courtois
NTH= Hazard: both have similar physique.

Would appreciate Stielike to put his thinking cap on and test Han Gook Young at CB.

Sound familiar? It's the same piss-poor excuse Lee Yong-soo made in order to force the job upon another domestic person to wipe up the mess of the KFA, like how he forced Shin Tae-yong to take upon the U-20 position when there was already a much more suitable candidate, not concluding the meeting with the other managerial candidates in favor of hiring Stielike, or forcing the video analyst position on an inexperienced Cha Du-ri. And, with Lee Yong-soo giving up so easily instead of further concluding his search only proves even further on how incompetent he is as the Technical Director.

This part is even more hilarious: 슈틸리케 감독은 감독의 경험이 많지 않았으면 좋겠다는 생각이 있었다. 그 이유는 감독 경험이 길 다면 자신의 생각이 확고하기 때문에 슈틸리케 감독과 여러 가지 충돌이 있을 수 있을 것이라 생각했다. 결국 설기현 코치를 선임했다"며 선임 이유를 밝혔다.

Ah, KFA's very own subjective mentality "대한축구협회는 말을 잘 듣는 감독만 원한다". I'm not surprised Stielike actually said this and it was only a matter of time before he started to show signs of breaking as the manager. Not only has he experienced a rift in the past with Erich Ribbeck due to their differences, but it also strongly hints that there was definitely a rift between he and Shin Tae-yong to which there was a dysfunction within the team's staff.

In any case you're wondering what our current staff looks like:

    Manager: Stielike
    Assistant Coach: Seol Ki-hyeon
    Goalkeeping Coach: Cha Sang-kwang
    Fitness Coach: Carlos Alberto Armua
    Physical Trainer: Oh Sung-hwan
    Video Analyst: Cha Du-ri

Carlos dude is still the fitness coach. The whole thing is a mess, we need to start everything from scratch top to bottom.

Won't happen any time soon with the KFA keen on sticking with Stielike for Russia 2018. The only feasible way is if we end up crashing out of the WCQs.

I think dissent amongst coaching staff can be a huge asset, provided that the leader is capable of harnessing it (instead of letting the team disintegrate).

    As for Stielike's case....

It's obviously clear that Stielike wants total control, and by adding an inexperienced Seol Ki-hyeon as the number 2 guy in the coaching staff further constructs a clear picture of a lapdog obeying its owner.

Don't worry in less than 3 months steilike will be fired, trump will build the wall, immigrant workers get deported, you find a job, and everyone will be happy in states. You need to be a little more patient!
