There are some Hong Kong media and fans who would like to see Hong Kong born Italian striker Antoine Viterale play for Hong Kong. He has been to RCD Espanyol and AC Chievo's youth teams. In December he signed for Hougang United in Singapore.

I think they should let him join the U23 for the 2018 Asian Games first, if he chooses to take up the HK SAR passport.

Interesting. But I think it would be entirely up to him whether he wants to represent Hong Kong.

I'm not sure if anyone had mention this but from an article two years ago:

Now with KC Southern, Roberto Fronza is another naturalised player who could potentially represent Hong Kong.

There has been a lot of talk in regards to whether the Singapore national football team should consider or draft in 3 players for the Foreign Talent Scheme who would become eligible to represent the team having met the residency.

These players are South Korean born defender Song Ui-Young, French defender Sirina Kamara and Canadian midfielder Jordan Webb.
