Now with SSV Jeddeloh. The club's site doesn't say he's American, nor do a few other sites and reports of his move to join that club. http://ssv-oberliga.de/mannschaft-ssv-jeddeloh/
Transfermarkt says 27-yo holding midfielder Ethan Dent, playing in New Zealand for Hawke's Bay United, is a Yank. I noticed a mention of him in Across The Pond's Weekend Wrap but couldn't find official confirmation. http://www.transfermarkt.com/ethan-dent/profil/spieler/173006 http://www.nzherald.co.nz/hawkes-bay-today/sport/news/article.cfm?c_id=1503460&objectid=11786073
FuPa with a Nick Powell at SG Untertürkheim. http://www.fupa.net/spieler/nick-powell-727948.html Club confirms his being there, but not citizenship. http://www.sgu07.de/
Transfermarkt has a '99 named David Polanco as having recently been at Viitorul in Romania. http://www.transfermarkt.com/david-polanco/profil/spieler/478488 USSDA lists him as American from Florida. http://kend.ussoccerda.com/sam/teams/index.php?team=1400871&player=29485672 Has some YNT experience. But I'm not sure he's with the club at present. http://www.ussoccer.com/stories/201...z-selects-50-players-for-august-training-camp
Kevin Jeon is back in the States with USL Orange County: http://www.uslsoccer.com/news_article/show/750895?referrer_id=2349190
FuPa lists a '96 GK named Andre Bernardini, based in Germany, as American. That's not entirely clear, as he was born in Brazil, and apparently moved here when he was 18 to play at SC-Aiken. Doesn't mean he can't have an American parent, of course, but I have not seen it reported. http://pacersports.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=3922 http://voltagesportsclub.com/Voltage/squad.html http://www.fupa.net/spieler/andre-bernardini-1061345.html
Transfermarkt says a '96 named Frank Appeldorn is German-American. http://www.transfermarkt.com/frank-appeldorn/profil/spieler/419055 He joined SV Stikelkamp in August. http://www.svstikelkamp.de/?p=7267
T'Markt now has him at Fenix de Uruguay. The club's site currently has nothin' doin'. http://www.cafenix.com.uy/ The move was reported: http://libero.pe/futbol-internacion...torrejon-es-nuevo-fichaje-de-fenix-de-uruguay
Can't quite confirm this gentleman is a Yank: Stenhousemuir FC has signed 22 year old Mason Robertson until the end of the season. Mason played as a trialist in a bounce game on Tuesday against East Stirlingshire and impressed the management team by showing a strong desire to push forward and get himself into goal scoring positions. Mason plays on the left wing as a striker but at 6 foot 2 inches, he is able to use his height to good advantage in the box. He has recently returned to Scotland having played for a number of years in the US. He comes from strong football stock with his father David Robertson having played as a defender for Rangers in the 1990s. Transfermarkt says he is American: http://www.transfermarkt.com/mason-robertson/profil/spieler/258584 But his father has only been in the US since 2013 coaching: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Robertson_(footballer,_born_1968) Nothing in his college profile indicates obvious US citizenship: http://www.gohuskies.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=3638 (though his hairstyle choice compared to his frosh photo improved drastically: http://www.gohuskies.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=1098) He did go to high school in Arizona, which lines up with his dad's time at Phoenix FC. There's also some unaccounted for time on Dad's Wiki page from 2007 to 2013 and some mention in other bios that he was doing youth coaching. Washington Huskies forward Mason Robertson has signed with Stenhousemuir in Scotland's League 1, until the end of the season— AccrossthePond (@accrossthepond) February 20, 2017 ETA: Found a bit more on dad's time in the US: 2007-2014: Sereno Director of Boys Sereno Soccer Club is located in Phoenix. He has enough time to be a US citizen, but no obvious confirmation.
Nice catch. I made a short post about him in a past catchall thread, but didn't get into citizenship details -- and my post adds little... http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads...g-thread-2013-14.1994969/page-2#post-29072421
Desmond Joel Young is a confirmed '01 with their U16s. The club lists German nationality only, though based on a scan of their web site they may not list dual nationality for youth players. http://www.alemannia-aachen.de/nachwuchs/u16/mannschaft/ FuPa profile: http://www.fupa.net/spieler/desmond-joel-young-749783.html
The club says he was born in Ghana, and lists him at a couple of previous youth clubs in Germany, which could mean he's lived there for a while and might have a substantial German connection. Of course, he could still have American blood. http://www.herthabsc.de/na/nachwuch.../portraits_nachwuchs&id=18076_de#.WK-dpRIrLVo Football Talents adds the sur-surname "Boateng." http://www.fussball-talente.com/Joseph_Williams_Boateng-3_7-280547-1.html
Still there, and has apparently been at the club since 2009. http://www.bayer04.de/B04-DEU/de/ka...uid=2063-39A7845C-E016-40D4-BAED-EF4B637C2DE3 Soccer Talents list his middle name as Gavin and says he's English. http://www.fussball-talente.com/Christopher_Scott-3_7-237774-1.html
All credit to @Danny Woodhead for the spot: an '07 named Giorgio De Marzi with AS Roma Pulcini, born in Lancaster, USA (perhaps Pennsylvania), according to their official site. Not fully sure if we should create a YA thread yet, but wouldn't be against it. http://www.asroma.com/en/teams/youth-teams

ZeroZero lists a Portugese-American '99 named Francisco Riviere at a Portuguese club called Mondinense. http://www.thefinalball.com/player.php?id=531263&epoca_id=0&search=1

Particularly obsessed BS sleuths, not that any such people exist, might enjoy the challenge of figuring out which Brazilian professional soccer player married the sister of the Iowa woman who is the subject of this story, on account of her and her husband adopting four boys from that country. (Which is, in and of itself, worth a read.) http://www.press-citizen.com/story/...an-orphans-found-hope-north-liberty/98027140/
Transfermarkt says a '99 named Gianmarco Manetti in the youth system of an Italian club called Pontedera is American. He's listed on the Berreti roster: http://www.uspontedera.it/berretti/ He was apparently part of the LIAC program, which (if I understand things correctly) heads over to Italy at times as something of a barnstoming youth club. But T'markt also suggests that he joined LIAC from the same Italian club, so maybe he was a guest player. In any case, I haven't been able to find out more about him quickly. The club's first team is in the third division.
We don't usually end up with coaches in this thread, but with a long-time US resident now coaching Canada's men, it's worth exploring: Octavio Zambrano https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octavio_Zambrano According to Wikipedia, he was in the US in 1980-83 for college and to play and then was coaching in the US from 1990 to 2002, more than enough time to get citizenship. The CSA announcement: http://www.canadasoccer.com/canada-...-lead-the-men-s-national-team-program-p160654
Currently at Brandenburger SC Sued: http://www.bsc-sued-05-fussball.de/erste-mannschaft-kader.html FuPa also has him as a Germerican: http://www.fupa.net/spieler/rojan-marcel-bozorgzadeh-864896.html What I figure has to be his modeling profile (of course) mentions English fluency and some time living in Canada. https://www.starnow.com/marcelbozorgzadeh#
This would seem to confirm him as having at least one American parent. http://www.winonapost.com/Obituaries/ArticleID/14469/Haase-Jr-Walter-William
This news report has Sligo Rovers' Kyle McFadden as American, but I'm not sure that's correct. https://www.thesun.ie/sport/footbal...net-again-to-continue-perfect-scoring-record/ When OCB signed him, he was listed as Irish. (His name's hyphenated in this announcement, which of course makes him a genius, but I'm pretty certain it's the same guy.) http://www.orlandocitysc.com/post/2...y-b-signs-defenders-mikey-ambrose-kyle-callan
Strode was a recent trialist with USL Charlotte, scoring a goal in a preseason match -- certainly a sign that he might be a Yank after all, but not a guarantee. http://www.charlotteindependence.com/news_article/show/765768?referrer_id=2995070 However, I can't tell whether he remained with them for their next match. They have another game on the 25th. According to Transfermarkt, he is or was managed by the same company that works with former YA David Spies, who is currently with Charlotte, and Wal Fall, who made a similar move from Germany to the U.S. lower divisions but is not a Yank.
