Embedded tweets on BigSoccer don't really work with Tapatalk. Is there any way to fix this? Could we devise a work-around so that Tapatalk users at least have a functional link to the tweet?
The only real workaround is keeping a browser logged into BigSoccer - and using the Web View for the tweet post. Not ideal really.
On the Fire boards, we tend to copy and paste what was written and the link (if given) below the tweet. ie) Great achievement by Cameroon to get to African Cup of Nations final after seven players said they didn't want to play in the tournament— Kaveh Solhekol (@SkyKaveh) February 2, 2017 Kaveh SolhekolVerified account@SkyKaveh Great achievement by Cameroon to get to African Cup of Nations final after seven players said they didn't want to play in the tournament
By workaround I mean something on the BigSoccer end. Currently, BigSoccer transforms tweet links into a UBB code formatted embedded tweet, but does not preserve the original link. If the software BOTH created the embedded tweet AND kept the link, things would be better.
I have now checked this myself. You're right. They're rendering as links. This may be more or less resolved with the latest version.
