Apparently this guy is an insider on Ajax's forum There's another post saying that Ajax made a bid for him back in November for 11 mill https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=nl&tl=en&u=http://www.ajaxtotaal.nl/forum/viewforum.php?f=10
Regarding Lozano it seems there was really an offer last summer but Pachuca got greedy smdh 818411482383794176 is not a valid tweet id
either way he should've already been on his way out of Mexico already. I wish Chich would go to Sevilla that would've been bomb.
From the look of him last game, he's only going to get more expensive. Ojala se le de. Sucks as a fan though. I know we're supposed to have a really good youth system but it's not like there are 3-4 Lozanos ready to move up to the first team. This transfer is gonna wreck our team.
in b4 Jorge Mendes (Raul's agent) scores a winner after manipulating the media into thinking Raul Jimenez has a yuge offer from a Chinese club, only to stir things up and let other European clubs know there is a demand for Raul and they need to pay up if they want his services, resulting in Jimenez going for big money to a European club. #yugesentence
Except I can't think of a European club that will even try to compete with these Chinese clubs on wages. Definitely not Liverpool... So this strategy is dubious at best...
Lol. I agree. This so called "strategy" seems overly ambivalent to say the least... For one, Liverpool adding a striker seems redundant.... They've scored a shit ton of goals... They don't need any more fire power. Their priority is a capable LB, and may be add another CB.
I don't think it would have to match that Chinese club's offer, but it'd probably be a pretty nice amount. Kinda like just putting out a statement saying "this guy ain't going for cheap". Jorge Mendes is one of the most successful agents after all, if there's anyone capable of pulling something like this off, it'd be him. Whether it be Liverpool or any other club (probably BPL, though).

My point in mentioning it is that no Euro club (not even Real Madrid or PSG, or Man City) will be taken by such a strategy. Agents are notorious for linking players with other teams in fake stories to get the teams that are interested to fork over more cash however mentioning the Chinese clubs is counter-productive in these particular cases given the significant amounts they are offering... The Euro clubs will just move on to the next duse...
I don't blame the teams. They've invested their money and resources and only they can determine what the player is worth. Why would pachuca give away their best most marketable player?
As much as I'd hate to see him in MMLS, I can't say I'd blame him if he chases the payday to play with his bro. The national team never seemed to rate Jona so it's not like this will change thing much in that regard...
Especially when they don't need to rely upon transfer fees for financial survival like some South American clubs do...
That's why they won't sell him for cheap, they aren't going to screw themselves just to help the player get to Europe.
