I doubted them I will admit. New coach plus they lost 4 starters. I should not have underestimated Favre and the new players. Belhanda is good enough to play in England or Spain yet hes only played in France, Ukraine, and a short German stint. Plea has taken the next level step finally. Cyprien from L2 ,wow what a steal. Their only weakness is a thin bench.

Dembele and Guerrerio, Im kinda concerned about Dortmund coming into the French market and taking more of our good young players in the future. Nothing against Dortmund but as with Aubameyang before, they seem to have some sort of pipeline in France now.

Get used to that until French teams can afford to keep their players or stop being stingy. Ligue Un isn't as exciting as the Bundesliga nor has the star power that league does. I see the attraction to Germany and especially Dortmund.

Well Bordeaux have expressed interest in Ntep (Rennes) and thats a player who everyone thought was going abroad. We'll see if Bordeaux can pull it off. Also its not being stingy its because the clubs arent wealthy enough. Look how low Marseille and Lille were and are going to be sold for. Its sad that clubs who have had that much success are worth so little. Its because of bad ownership who failed to grow the value of the clubs. PSG were sold for a low amount and are now worth a lot more because the new owners actually have a vision and project. OM is going to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars eventually like they should be. I think they were sold for like 40-45 m lol sad. That growth in revenue and value allows you to keep your best players and not be forced to sell.

Bad ownership has been a historic trend within Ligue Un, once in a while they find a good one, but after a while it usually goes to hell or the team doesn't transcend to the next level so it's tossed aside. It won't go away any time soon, which means Bundesliga teams will continue to cherry pick rising Ligue Un stars. Says a lot when teams like Mainz are prime destinations for starting Espoirs who could blossom into NT regulars.

They lose Seri and Belhanda to the African Cup.

Aulas suggested that the game be replayed rather than the automatic 3pts with 3-0 score which I think is generous from his point of view.

The Metz Curvas should be closed for the remainder of the year. I know it won't happen, but this was not acceptable at all. This is a major black eye to the French game.

Hes having a bit of a resurgence. If McCourt was owner then I bet he wouldnt have been sold to Newcastle. On the other hand Newcastle will likely be in the EPL next year so they will have the resources to bring him back unless Thauvin doesnt want to go and OM coughs up the money.

Valentin Eysseric out 6 weeks for Nice. Granted hes not one of their 5 best players but is still an important piece and their first long term injury of the season.

You sound bitter or something. PSG is going to win the league again and there's nothing you can do about it. sit down.
