Only good thing is he's getting consistent playing time in the league. For a player like him he should have more than 5 goals too especially in ligamx
Five goals for a center mid is pretty good. Unless you're confusing him with someone else. Your opinion of Orbelin is nearly identical to the way I felt about him about a year and a half ago. That all changed when I watched him play on a regular basis. He'll be in Europe soon and will be a NT player for a long time.
I was thinking either Netherlands or Germany in a middle to lower tier team Sent from my LG-E980 using Tapatalk
What those highlights don't show are the long stretches where he continually loses the ball or makes the wrong decision. It's like he loses focus for long stretches and then regains his concentration. Of course, when he's on he's damn good... which is why those highlights make him seem like a prodigy.
Losing the ball or making wrong decisions is not exclusive to young players, let alone Mexican players and for me, it's part of the natural maturation process. It also has to do with the style of play in Mexico and the expectations of Chivas. Scout Nation produces videos on young players that are projected to reach the next level and I'm sure the teams that are scouting Orbelin have a good grasp on the things they feel he needs to improve should they pull the trigger on acquiring him.
Everybody knows that Mexican players' transfers abroad hinge on the fan reviews found on BSMX. True Story.
Rich comment considering he hasn't even transferred yet. Counting your chickens before they hatch is also a BSMX thing.
Y'all are trolls. There's too many comments and not enough sik skill vidz. The ManCity scouts that are scrolling through this forum will be disappointed at the lack of watchable material.
That is why people have to watch him play and see what kind of impact he has on the game. Defensively, he was outstanding.
792540783941263360 is not a valid tweet id Should already be playing with the MNT imo, hes got like three or four goals in the league already
I'll wait for the official word but if true I find it highly unlikely that every coach has left Vela off the list willingly. With a talent like that you know the coaches rate him. I know it's not a popular opinion here but I still think Vela is uncertain if he wants to play with the NT. It's always hard to see what the real story is when coaches and players say things like, "Decidimos juntos que no era el mejor tiempo para ser convocado." which is just intended to protect both parties, but mainly the player. But you would have to think that if the coaches made the effort to reach out to him they wanted him on the list otherwise why make the effort to even talk?
