i dont think we'll lose against lduq so at least a tie, emelec will not beat us twice in the same month so if we split clasicos it basically means things will stay the same in points, besides they have tough games away, nacional, cuenca for example, we also have that postponed game against el nacional and that could be 3 bonus points. I like our chances.

Velasco played one hell of a match, we were very lucky he was allowed to play.
Big credit to our entire defense, taking in such a hostile environment and a strong offense like Emelec.

I dont think they are Liga and Emelec seem most interested in him. And TBH best move for him would be Emelec and I think it tempting him as well. If he can successfully replace and bench Bagui and have a good season with them then Im sure Quinteros will notice it and call him up.

In BSC there no need for him both right and left full back positions are pretty set.

I feel like if he comes to Liga he wont succeed or live up to expectations kinda like Madrid when he first joined. Personally I would much rather go for Ayala(for Liga) he seems for suited for our style of play.

A few players who contracts end in Dec. (That I know of)

    Banguera
    Lanza
    Arreaga
    Minda
    Aleman
    Esterilla
    Suarez

Im interested to see what Cevallos does with both of his GK. Renew both? let Lanza go to promote a youth player ?hmmm

Arreaga was a great signing I was skeptical when I first saw this kid join from Manta but he is young and has tons of potential I would not let this kid go.

Aleman too I hope this kid stays and some how finds a spot and consistency.

Minda and Suarez could leave these guys arent woth keeping around really and Cevallos said he would let go players to reduce costs. Checa is still in this team too but IDK when his contract ends im pretty sure he will be let go too.

Esterilla not sure what to say I think a die hard fan can tell more if they need him or not cause at this point I kinda want to see him make the jump to el exterior.

What players do you think BSC should get rid of and sign ?

arreaga has a 5 year contract with us and we own half of his rights, delfin has the other half and aleman has a 2 year contract as well with an option to buy him.

I wouldn't laugh at the optimism they had this weekend. I think Emelec's celebration at the end of the game was pretty pathetic. No offense to Emelec fans, but you guys are the freaking Tricampeones. Last thing you want to celebrate is a win against BSC unless it means you're entering the final of the campeonato....and let's be honest, BSC won this campeonato with or without the loss on Sunday. They won the campeonato a few weeks ago when they won in the Capwell in all honesty.

In advance, Congrats BSC for the campeonato 2016. Hope it's not easy next year as it was this year. One of the poorest campeonatos in a while, if not the poorest one. I think 2013 (or maybe it was 2014? can't remember) and definitely 2016 have been the poorest campeonatos of the decade.

Congrats BSC. The minute Pancho Cevallos took the steering wheel of this institution it was bound for success. This team broke many records this year and Cevallos brought back the essence of what Barcelona really is- a team to fear in the campeonato.

I really hope next season this is taken to a higher platform (international level) and displayed at a more competitive level...b/c this campeonato was the poorest of the entire decade as far as competition goes. It is also one of the reasons BSC was very dominant and appeared unstoppable. B/c they were TOO good compared to the rest of the league whose club level performance was on decline (even Emelec to some degree....who was their closest competitor). That isn't a good sign. The positive thing is El Nacional has had a rebirth. Unfortunately, it also seems like due to lack of $$$ they will be putting lots of their new gems for sale on the market (like Anibal Chala who is now going to play in Dallas Burn with Gruezo). Liga de Quito is lost. IDV is attempting to reconstruct itself and will put their hopes in a new younger generation after all their key starting players have/will be leaving after December. Emelec IMO needs to press the refresh button. They have done so starting in defense with Carlos Moreno (IMO one of the best revelations of the Segunda Etapa) and Jordan Jaime. Segundo Portocarerro and Bryan Angulo are the new breath of fresh air for the following season and have shown they have the talent to be important players in Emelec (especially Angulo who IMO consolidated himself in just these last few months with his performance).

Good job BSC and once again AMAZING job Jose Francisco Cevallos. With this he has made a loud statement: he's the future president of the FEF. It's evident that he is GREAT now. I applaud him.

I had a feeling Anibal Chala would go to MLS the second I saw him years go when he was breaking into the first team of El Nacional and then Dream Town showing him to be one of our future prospects I knew he would end up in MLS. I had that gut feeling about it.

Liga looks like they will be spending little to no money on players and coaches. Rumored player and coaches seem a bit worry some.

I really want tranfer season to start to see what happens.

Some of ligas players are way past due retirement. Btw, Aguinaga is a shitty coach, I don't remember a team he's ever done ok. Should not have left Cuenquita like that. I hope he goes to emelec next. Lol

I dont think Alex is going to coach a big team for a while. I said it too he should have stayed with Cuenca for at least another year. Brought them to Libertadores or Sudamericana and then talk.

Actually he did pretty well with Liga de loja when Uchuari and Feraud were the stand outs of the team at International level in Copa Sudamericana. He also did a good job in Cuenca. The real issue here is handling a big team b/c the pressure is different. It's a completely different monster. On top of that he came in half way through the year after 2 coaches had been fired. None of those players are of Aguinaga's request. They gave him a broken vehicle and expect him to work wonders. Not gonna happen. I'm not saying he's the best option to stay, but I think he wasn't given a fair chance. In an ideal world, I'd really like Pablo Repetto to coach Liga. That would be amazing.

Even Rodrigo Paz said it the resent performance of the team is not his fault it mainly Borghi fault for the team he failed to set up properly.

You know I forgot he coached Loja and BSC Lol. I kinda hope he returns to Cuenca.

I hear Jonathan Alvez is going to Tijuana. Wonder if BSC will use those funds to hold back Marcos Caicedo. I'm sure Cevallos wants to keep both, but then again he did say "tenemos que vender un jugador por temporada." Anyone know who has the rights to Alvez? is it BSC or Danubio/another Uruguayan team?
