Takahiro "Yang" Ko (高宇洋), who recently led Ichiritsu Funabashi High School to the Japanese national title, has been signed to a pre-contract with Gamba Osaka. His father is the ex-China NT player and manager Gao Sheng.
Eh, I follow Japanese soccer and Ko signing with Gamba was fairly important news as he was regarded as one of the top prospects in the HS class. He used to be an academy player at Kawasaki Frontale, the club I support - Gao Sheng played there in the 90s.
