Also on Fox Deportes for those of us who may want to see it in Spanish.

Wow. Goal.com and Fox should run for office on that spin job. Who wrote that? Hillary???

They are taking Network numbers to compare to upper tier Sports Package numbers (beIN) and then use a 6-minute "peak" rating for the comparison. I get wanting to promote a product and overall I give Fox a positive review for their Bundesliga coverage. But you take away the actual Network broadcasts and leave it to Bundesliga on FoxSports-1 vs La Liga beINSport-1 (English to English) and the Bundesliga is left in the dirt. And that is with FoxSports-1 being in over twice the households compared to beIN-1.

I'm not going to go back and dig thru the numbers but it was rare to see any Bundesliga match over 100,000 viewers on FS-1. Barcelona & Real Madrid matches do well over 200,000 on beIN-1. And don't even get me started on the Spanish side for both networks - but to their credit, the article stayed away from those numbers.

Bottom line: Bundesliga can claim an audience increase by the sheer fact that a handful of games made it on to a major network (and I'm glad they did) but aside from Bayer Leverkusen matches on fox deportes, there is no way Fox can be happy with the overall numbers. La Liga (Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico matches specifically) are bringing in 2-3x the viewers overall compared to Bundesliga, Serie A & Ligue-1. Just the notion that Bundesliga is more popular than La Liga at the moment is preposterous. But hey - good spin guys...

Anyone trying to watch the relegation game thru Fox Sports Go and the stream keeps freezing? I close the app and it replays the same 5 seconds over and over.

    Write, Right, Wright, Whitewater. Whatever.

As for the Bundesliga I think that it will be interesting to see what FOX does differently next year.

One thing I would like to see is more interviews and focus on USA players. Do more things on site with some people who are ACTUALLY AT THE STADIUMS.

LB - If this is correct - it will go head to head with the Hull City vs Manchester United match that is currently scheduled to be shown on NBC at the same time - 12:30 pm ET.

Would be nice if Fox would show the 2-3 Saturday matches a week that aren't live on FS1, FS2 or FS+ on delay later on Saturday or even during the week. Right now they're only on foxsoccer2go.com.

I counted 10 games you listed and I checked to see if the Bundesliga expanded from 18 clubs to 20 clubs. It turns out you listed Koln vs. Darmstadt twice.

Fox Sports 1 should air at least two matches every day. What else would they air in the morning?

    Nascar doesn't clash with Bundesliga.

College football pregame airs in the morning, but doesn't it air on the Fox broadcast network?

They show multiple practices and the pre race instead of the 1230 bundesliga games on Saturday and the second game Sunday is against the pre race and the question was about fs1. College football pregame is always on there

The Supercup on FS1 is a good sign, looks like they tried to avoid the fiasco of starting out on FS Plus this year.

The continued existence of Fox Soccer Plus is saddening, of course. But a week 1 Chicharito game on Fox is nice. Frankfurt-Schalke looks to be the most high-profile game relegated to online, but on the whole it's not bad.

Fox is killing me these days. They seem to have hired BeiN producers to do schedules. They don't show any Sudamericana matches and will show the CL draw 3 times on Thursday. And then Fox will show Dortmund-Mainz 3 times this weekend (maybe 4) yet the Schalke game will not be shown on TV in English. Now, I'm a Dortmund fan and given the generally busy-ness of weekends am unlikely to watch the Schalke game but the principle is what bothers me. Why do they need to show Dortmund that many times when they will have an English commentary version of Schalke's game?

    It drives me nuts.

Same reason I guess why beIN decides to put the Real Madrid on both channels when they could put Napoli-AC Milan on one.

It seems like they want to keep the extra Bundesliga matches exclusively on foxsoccer2go.com in order to sell subscriptions to that service, as last year they also never ran delayed broadcasts of any of those games on FS+ or anywhere else. At least we have GolTV picking many/most of them up, albeit in Spanish.

LB - Opps! I did it again! First time I copied the schedule from the World Soccer Talk website and didn't see that they listed the Koln vs Darmstadt match was listed twice. (Thanks to EvanJ for noticing that!) Do I remember to do delete one of the Koln vs Darmstadt match listings when it comes time to remind everyone of the Week #1 schedule? Nope, I copied the schedule from the same post and forget to delete one! Ugh!
