Can't find line-ups anywhere. This may be the better match of the two medals matches.

Looks like both coaches are going with their standard line-ups. No clearing the benches here; they want medals!

Can Brazil score? Three consecutive 0-0 games. Surely, they must.

Hey, I am not the one making the teams lose!

I even deflected Sinclair's FK on the crossbar, didn't you see?

"Flair" must be the only word Americans to know to describe our beautiful passing and combination play.:rolleyes:

    edit: @lil_one Thanks...

Deanne Rose is only 17? Good gawd. Good for her. 1st goal scored on us since the group stages.

25' 0-1 Lawrence breakaway up box left to 9m mid-left, ground cross to 6m 1/4 right. Rose (and Matheson) both won their races on the right, Rose one-touch right instep shot to 1/3 right low, off Bárbara's left foot and up into back right high.

Marta getting no change down the right side. Why doesn't Vadao realize this and move her more central, closer to goal? If he won't make the call, why doesn't Marta make the executive decision herself? She is the captain, Brazil's greatest player. She is being neutralized right now.

Fabiana is a very interesting and entertaining player indeed: why she wasn't played vs Sweden? o_O

Got injured against Australia in QF. She wouldn't be a bad option higher up the field. As a right winger/forward.

Injury from the Australia match. She went out in early in the 2nd half, I think.

Never wanted a team to lose more than Brazil. Because of the players? No. The never ending classlessness of the Brazilian fans throughout this tournament and every other event shows a lot. Cant believe the Brazilians make so much of Americaans letting the world know about a gun wielding security guard shaking down some dumb drunks, but they ignore the deplorable behaivior of their home grown fans. Constant homophobic slurs chanted show exactly what you get down there

Deanne Rose is the youngest player to ever score an Olympic goal. Tancredi is the oldest. Canada coming with records. LOL. Good for them though. What a difference a couple of years makes. Canada is on their way to a 2nd straight bronze medal.

Beatriz did nothing in the first half. I'd take her out, move Marta to AM/striker, bring in Debinha. Also, they do not need a holding midfielder. Remove Thaisa and bring in the more attacking-minded Andressinha. Go to a 3-5-2. Push Fabiana higher up the wing. She was having success running at defenders. Brazil cannot be conservative now. No point.

    -----------------Barbara-------------------
    -----Monica---Rafaelle----Tamires------
    ---------Formiga---Andressinha---------
    --Fabiana------Marta------------Alves----
    ---------Cristiane----Debinha-------------

Well done by Canada so far. That was a counterattack executed to perfection.
