And creating a few chances now that they have come out to play, although I am reminded why i don't like Tancredi.

Well, one HUGE thing in Germany's favor is that Sweden's players must be exhausted after 2 back-to-back 120' games.
Please... oh, well, I don't even know which kind of advice I am going to give to you for the final... well, let's try: just concentrate and repeat: "I won't root for anyone: each one of the two teams is equal to me. Let the best one win, whoever it is". On second thought, I am a little scared about what could be the end-result of something like that...
You aren't making predictions or anything of the kind, are you? German fans all around the world are worrying...
(I would think Germany would win, but who the hell knows in this Olympics....predictions have meant little in this tournament.)
Congrats to GER. Good luck in the gold medal game. My CDN girls had some good chances, but alas did not finish. It was good to see that both teams came to try to win vs. avoid losing. Should be a good bronze medal game. CDN has beaten BRA twice this year. A Marta-Sinclair match-up is always fun. Go CDN Go!

In this tournament it doesn't though. I think these number more reflect what happens when a team has a lead. they try and protect it and end up playing more defense.
Here's a thought: In the first Canada-Germany game, Canada appeared to intentionally bunker and won 2-0. In the second game, Canada appeared to be trying not to bunker and lost 2-0. If they had "Swedened" Germany in the second game, might they have won?
