Same old, same old... Mexico (usually) working it's ass off only to allow the other team to score a goal like nothing. We held so much possession in Korea's half, but really, did we honestly have that many dangerous opportunities? I wouldn't say so.. maybe like 2-3? A shitload of crosses but no one on the other end to connect, just kind of a "let's see what happens if I kick it towards the center".. If Peralta was in, maybe that would've been more effective. I wish decision making would be easier to teach, but we constantly struggle with that over and over. Some players just take way too damn long to make a decision, and maybe the problem is even deeper than that (maybe the competition within the league?). Going back to Mex/Germany when Lozano had an open goal, he could've made it, but he felt more comfortable shooting with his other foot, thus wasting a split second, and boom, it's blocked. Little things like this start adding up.. Till' next time Selección.
