Couldn't see a foul myself, the guy was just stronger than the defender

Janssen with a goal and an assist, great. And somehow we won 1-2 against a better English side. All in all a poor game, typical friendly.

The guy failed to qualify and could stay. If that does not get you fired I am not sure these meaningless friendlies will do anything. But yeah, a loss would have been better for this reason maybe.

    Was it that bad :D

When I watched the replay I saw a foul...

Zoet was good, I liked the CB pair, both Bruma and Blind has some great interventions in the box.

The fullbacks were shit, Veltman the first half and Willems the second...Willems can't defend a shit, Sturridge Walcott and Walker toyed him the whole night. And he didn't even contribute offensivly...This guy hasn't progressed for years, some new LB's should be tried next games.

Afellay decent in his organizing role, but could and should have taken more risks sometimes.
Bazoer defends a lot but nothing special on the ball
Wijnaldum some nice playings the first half and completly disappeared the second one. Really lacks presence as midfielder.

Depay was ok honestly, played with a lot of energy and speed the whole game long
Narsingh...Why didn't he take the penalty instead of Janssen ?...

Janssen is interesting, not the best footballer but he moves and fights a lot on every ball. Stole that ball from Stones and could score but failed.

Not a great performance against a weakened england team. Bazoer has a lot to learn about positioning

As in, the defender was between the ball and Janssen, and Janssen basicly ''bodychecked'' the defender out of the equation just before the ball even arrived.. Thats how I see this.

Knowing the English a bit, they will make this the single focus and go crazy over the refereeing. It can be called, but it is body to body and Janssen is just stronger. I don't know. The Englsh defender in the clip also moves so lethargic that I like that he got punished for it.

A great standing ovation from the whole stadium which was awesome. The game went on though, which was a shame.

Remember you guys, this was England's B-team.

Only star player IMO was Rose at LB

Add this win and we have now a winning record against England. Who can say that more?

Yeah so scores penalty and sets up the second goal. Janssen. Well I like his profile more than Luuk lethargic Jong. The guy with a response time of an elephant. Janssen a bit Dirk Kuyt-esque? Who do we equate him with?

Rose will probably go to the euros but will be number two behind baines. Vardy has a shot at starting too
