He's an ex player of Oriente, so I am sure he worked something out with them. Plus--he hasn't been wokring since being let go in Jacksonville. Some money is better than no money. Really enjoyed his tactics as a coach. WIll be following Oriente to see how he has them playing.
True, Hoyos was coaching in the NASL ( US second division) he did horrible in Jacksoville and got the boot, I don't think he would be asking for a great deal of money after the season he had. He was probably better off staying in Bolivia if he could have.
