Not gonna get into the debate, it should be in one of the off topic forums. But in an effort poke some fun and hopefully move on....Jon there are a few things I need to tell you if you want to live in the US:

#1 You don't want to live in Florida (just google "only in Florida")
#2 Obama is to blame for everything

Once you get those two down you're on your way ;)

You really need to stop generalising people, because it is only making you look ignorant. Just don't do it.

You talk about your 'personal honour', yet you will happily ridicule others with outlandish statements. Don't have one rule for you and another for everyone else. You are sounding very ignorant, arrogant and entitled.

    That's my 2 cents.

Has anyone had any experiences with the newest 11pro that has just been killed off? Bargain prices at the moment, but I'd like to know what that cage underneath the leather is like to play with, the quality of leather and what the sizing is like :)

I have a miAdidas pair and love them. I went my "normal" Adidas size at a 11.5 and they fit great. When I first got them I was really skeptical about the cage and was concerned it would take away from the touch but I'll happily report the cage broke in really quickly and I notice no ill effects from having it there. The leather is of decent quality but its hard to judge when its stretched out over the cage. Durability wise they've held up well and I play a lot on 3G fields. I'd say its a really solid boot and is definitely worth checking out. Part of the reason I've been a bit AWOL from this forum is I'm really happy with the boots and don't really dig any of the new stuff Adidas is doing. I know Nike is set to come out with some new Tiempos soon but I don't know if I can cost justify spending $200 on a pair of boots anymore when I'm getting older and only playing 1-2 times a week. I think when these 11pros bite the dust I'll go back to my Nike Premiers (which I also love).

The last 11pro is a great boot, I like them better than my tiempo legend 5's. The leather's soft and the soleplate is flexible. You won't really notice the cage. They'll mold nicely to your feet. I have wide feet and the 11pro is infinitely more comfortable than legend 5, at least for me. The only complaint I have with 11pro 3 is the strip of synthetic that runs down the middle of the boot from the bottom of the laces to the soleplate - it might feel a bit annoying at first. If you find a pair for cheap, go for it. I'm wearing a UK size 7,5 in both legend 5 and 11pro 3.

Lets not forget the highly organised system of child abuse, historical and current allegations becoming more and more frequent these days. Two massive cases around the likes of Jimmy Saville and seemingly the entire local government in the Rotherham area, come to think of it, they're both right on John-boy's doorstep in his native Yorkshire, God's country as some would try to have you believe. So what exactly are you doing to fight for justice in those cases Johnny? :)

Oh, and it's legal to own a gun in the UK too, probably be a bit more careful throwing those rocks around John, your glass house is looking pretty fragile right about now.

"Adidas Thread [16] - all info, pics and new here please." - please take your arguments on PM. I and many others don't want to see your personal opinions and views on stuff that this tread is not made for, on here. For the wider and greater community, take all that elsewhere please. Thank you.

As for proper thread material, does anyone else now just get bored with whatever Adidas release? I just can't get excited over anything Adi put out now... quite sad seeing they were my favourite brand growing up :(

    Now there's some irony.

Argument starts over someone being offended so someone belittles the whole event with the most insulting post yet, genius.

you're a hard man to please aren't ya, didn't they just revamp and revolutionize their ENTIRE line up =P

Also, can any moderator remove any non Adidas-related posts? Saves anyone else from coming in, reading it and feeling aggrieved and jumping in AGAIN despite like 3-4 people's attempts to steer the conversation back to football.

They should have dropped this color first but adidas persists with the black/slime combo...poor choice.

They made the orange (red) in leather...I tired them on yesterday. The fit and immediate comfort is spectacular. It felt like a better leather version of the adiPower on my foot.

I had every model so far excluding the leather X and the Messi model, and done way with all of them but the Leather Ace. Thats a fantastic boot, but the Ace and X were just disappointments for me. Not the brand I used to know and love. hopefully the 2016 variations are slightly better and more exciting!

So im breaking in my FG Ace 15.1 synthetics, and am having real trouble with heel blisters... the boot fits perfect length and width wise, no issues with anything other than the high/deep heel - they arent softening and bite constantly...

Anyone else had the same issue?

Prefer the Ace to the X in terms of feel, overall comfort, but have had to switch back to the X for the time being as the lower cut in the heel doesnt affect the blistered area...

Right - I'm back now I've been in hospital for the past week so sorry I haven't been around to sort this out. I apologise to anyone who has been offended by any comments made. I want to get this thread back on topic so i'm not going to be messing around anyone else I see continuing this argument WILL be carded. Remember once you've been issued a card this stays on your profile for as long as I see fit and will stop you from making any threads on the forum.

If you have to continue then take your comments to a PM yes this board is a discussion board and it can get lively at times but I don't want insults being thrown around we are all passionate and better than that.

Chris Green - I had no problems with heel blisters from my Aces I found them fairly comfortable out of the box. I did find the lace area across my toe a little bit tight though but thats probably because I could have just done with going half a size up. I actually prefer the X over the ace but the 'heel counter' has killed it for me. Every time I plant my foot to cross, shoot, play a long pass my foot slips because its just too slippery material. The boot fits me fine and it has a nice touch once worn in - just hate the lack of stability.

So like someone else on here I've switched back to my red Premiers. One of the best boots I have ever worn!

    Lets keep things on topic!

With the UNICEF Charity game at Old Trafford on Saturday 14th November, I wonder what boots Mr.Beckham will be sporting? Will there be one final Predator Instinct colourway on show?

He should wear an old Predator model so the Beckham tongue can live again. Probably will be the Ace, though.

Maybe he snapped up some of the limited edition pairs and those bad boys will be on show! Does anyone know what channel its going to be on? I'm guessing an event like that will be on TV somewhere?
