    Hello there!

If China wants to search for players for the NT, Why they didnt search in South America? There's a really big population of chinese descent who live in Brasil, Peru, Paraguay even in Argentina! the problem is that youre not seen the whole picture.

Problem is if they want to play for the Chinese national team, then they have to give up their current citizenship for Chinese citizenship. (no dual citizenships)

I think it must be started by taking the Chinese descent footballer from South America to CSL and if they are very good then CFA may offer citizenship and since they already play and live in China and if they love China and want to spent their life there, then they will choose the Chinese citizenship.

I don't know if he has been mentionned in this thread but here's a 21 years old Gabonese/ Chinese, Alexander N'Doumbou who belongs to top french club Olympique de Marseille but who is on loan right now.

He plays internationally for Gabon, won the U-23 african championships in 2011 and was then, a starter for them in the last Olympic Tournament.
    here's a pic:

Actually China might be able to swing it with a Brazilian. Apparently it's basically impossible to renounce Brazilian citizenship, so the player would likely just keep his Brazilian passport anyway. Japan's Marcus Tulio Tanaka had the same situation.

Hay everyone it looks like Nico Yennaris has joined Brentford from Arsenal on a 2 and a half year deal. Brentford are currently top in League One so fingers crossed it they'll gain promotion and we'll have a Chinese player in the Championship.

Newly appointed Liaoning Whowin manager and former China international Gao Sheng's 16-year-old son Takahiro Ko (高宇洋) plays for the youth team of Kawasaki Frontale. The elder Gao formerly coached in the Frontale academy and also played for the team's predecessor, Fujitsu FC. The youngster has 17 goals in 22 youth league matches this season and has played for Japan at the U-14 level.

Tim Chow scores his senior debut goal for Wigan in his first senior start.

Taiwanese FA was looking to scout him for their national team last year.

Not a bad idea at all. Only 21, started the last 3 games for Wigan. though they are relegated, seems like he would be a starter next season. A good full season in League One would do him a lot of good.
