i really hope pedro stays too.

maybe messi can do it, but neymar and suarez can't be expected to play every match.

I hope Pedro stays too, if he wants to stay. Seems to me, though, that he wants to leave, and if so, better that he leaves. The likely replacement Nolito is a player who can be said to be not-that-much-worse than Pedro, some might even put him above Pedro (due to his last season), but of course who is better isn't significant as we want Pedro to stay, and if Nolito replaces him, it's not a straight replacement, it's a whole-season-player out, half-season player in. And we the rotations especially much in the autumn, not in the season deciders of the spring. Just like last season we got it right, but are in danger of doing the exact opposite this year.

I think Neymar and Suarez made it very clear in the 2nd half of last season that they will want to play as many games and minutes as possible. You could see they weren't happy being subbed in some games and as a result LE started keeping them in more often and Pedro got less and less minutes towards the end of the campaign. Pedro knows only injuries will give him regular minutes this season. Can't blame him. But not good for the team. Don't think Neymar can stay healthy the whole season and the way Suarez works his off, I wouldn't be surprised if he has some down minutes.

Yeah. I like that players want to play. But it's a challenge for Lucho. It's also a challenge for MSN, as they just can't play 90 mins each every match, so when they don't start or when they're subbed, they have to be team players to let the coach coach, and support the other players. I think in this department there is some room for improvement.

Well now it's confirmed that Dani Alves has a thigh muscle injury and will probably be out for a month. We should be ok if Sergi Roberto plays as he did yesterday.

Good news about Busquets who doesn't have any ankle injury as it first looked like. He shouldn't miss any games.

Bravo injured, not sure how long out. But won't play against Atletico anyway.

Neymar - despite some rumours - is not injured, however.

Oh god help us ... MATS against AM ... hope the defense keep them away from that idiot as much as they can otherwise it'll be another 4-5 goals conceded as usual :cautious:

I think pre-season isn't a big enough sample to judge him. Recently, with him, we beat clubs such as Juve, Bayern, City, PSG... surely he didn't lose his skills in the summer just like that. Bravo is the better keeper, but he is fine as well.

Rafinha's injury seems serious, but no announcement from the club yet. But the stuff that dribbles from EMD, Sport, Marca etc hints that it's about months, not about weeks.

a man called Douglas is out for two months with a foot injury sustained against Villanovense.
