Agreed Pepino. During my stay in Spain I found the food variety to be great and I loved the multi plate experience but they also eat VERY late.... now I know where the siesta idea came from
Tilapia is a bottom feeder fish. It's a poor man's fish but that along with Chilean Sea Bass is put on every menu so it's what people recognize. Try Bronzino instead for a delicious white fish.
To get a good arepa con queso is hard to find. I went to this restaurant and it was soggy arepa real gross. My mom makes good ones with a fried egg.
